Full Comprehensive AMC of all types & makes of lifts with replacement of all defective parts ,cards, sensors & electronic& mechanical components etc.complete in the scope including consumable items light, Battery & Fan etc as required to the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge as per the detail given below including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals. NOTE:- (1) The recovered material shall be the property of a Contractor & safe disposal will be his responsibility.(2) AMC Service provider will ensure its eligibility as per lift rules -2009 for regulation & operation of lifts in Himachal Pradesh, Schedule 4 licence for working lifts sab para 7(V).(3) To Address the observation/ discrepancies pointed by the Licensing authority shall be the responsibility of AMC Service provider.
