Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars or at any position and removal of debris from site complete all as directed.

Material and labour for precast PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate solid block masonry exceeding 10 Cm width, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debries out side MD land all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in two layers in CM 1:4, finishing coat of 5mm thick using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured separately.

M&L for applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion by Auto Roller over a coat of primer over 2 to 3 mm thick birla putty punning including finishing by Sanding Machine and Auto Roller new plaster surface complete all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: Asian Paint (Tractor)/Berger paints (Bison super)

M & L Preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces.

M&L for applying two coat of exterior Acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic) of approved colour and shade over a coat of primer and over 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make-Asian (Apex Ultima) paints/Berger (Whether coat long life) including necessary scaffolding upto 4th floor. complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of debris/malwa to a distance exc 1.5Km but n exc 5 Km and depositing out side the MD land and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Dampness/seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the surface of exterior walls, parapet chajjas floors joints area etc. with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil, grease etc. and filling cracks above 5mm thickness with Dr Fixit sure seal and crack less than 5mm with Dr Fixit Crack X powder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and applying Dr Fixit primeseal primer (and allow today for Bhrs under touch dry condition and subsequently two coats of water proof with Dr Fixit sure seal without diluting the content, in coating system (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at least 6 hours before next coat) etc. complete all as per manufacture instruction and all as specified and directed by Engr In charge

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B0, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in under layer to flooring finished rough to reiceve toping complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick dark shade/double charged/ultracharged area of each tiles not exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.0 Sqm, of any shade and any pattern (pattern consists combination of two or more tiles ) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: No extra cost sahll be allowed for Removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any required during execution of work.

M&L for 8 to 10 mm thick ceramic joint free Coloured Tiles, of size 600x100/150mm, on vertical surface/Skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 Laid and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, paving including finishing the surface even and fair including necessary formwork, Finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges, where directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete for stays foundation/ filling and mass concrete and removing and depositing surplus concrete to clear off the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor finished even and smooth including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm mixed with grey cement and pigment as in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile laid over and including 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.
