Dismantling of motor from the respective base frame by opening of foundation bolts. The job includes dragging of 40-HP, 3-Phase Induction motor to loading site and shifting it to the workshop and unload it there. The job includes the shifting of motor back to site in a private vehicle after successful completion of whole job and testing on full load.
Dismantling of motor at workshop by way of disassembling the stator rotor assembly and assessing the damages. The job also includes extraction of damaged windings from the slots of stator.
Complete rewinding of stator coils of 03 phase induction motor with suitable gauge copper wire of standard quality after removal of burnt out windings , cleaning of slots etc insulation class-F, varnishing, tapping, including heat treatment etc. (Note: The unserviceable scrap copper generated shall be property of the firm and is taken into account for estimation of rates.)
Providing and fitting of DE bearing no. 6312 (01 no), NDE bearing 6308 (01 no) as per required size of SKF/reputed make with their adequate greasing. The job also includes repairs to the bearing seats of shaft by way of rebuilding, turning and finishing on lathe machine to accommodate new bearings.
Providing and fitting of copper connection leads out of single core PVC insulated copper wire of suitable amperage (06 leads) including their brazing.
Reassembling of the stator rotor assembly carefully without causing any damage to the windings. The job includes refitting of motor at site to ensure proper alignment with pump.
