Taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete & screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m incl roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, and water proofing compound @ 3% finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A'). complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of concrete with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (i) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.10 kg/Sq.M (ii) Providing and laying by torch application method APP polymeric modified bituminous water proofing membrane with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement membrane minimum 3mm thick with bituminous plain finish on upper side weighing not less than 3.0Kg/Sqm procured from any of the approved manufactures

S & F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 .

S&F for Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement

M&L for Demolition of (unreinforced) cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for cement concrete 25mm thick type B1 1:2:4 at top surface using 20mm graded aggregates, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed colour ceramic tiles as in vertical surface (350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including rendering cement mortar 10mm thick for fixing tile in dado/skirting in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
