REPAIR/MAINT AND IMPROVEMENT OF E/M INSTALLATION, PUMP MOTORS FOR MES WATER SUPPLY INSTALLATION FENCING AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT YOL MIL STN

Taking out centrifugal pumping set 30 HP, three Phase from foundation, transporting to workshop opening for inspecting all parts to identify defective parts cleaning and keeping aside serviceable parts in safe custody, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire as per existing size and general servicing/overhauling of pump , electric motor & Re-assembling of motor and pump, transporting back to pump house and connecting with pipes, making electric connections and testing for performance complete all as directed. (Note : Replacement of parts shall be measured separately)

Supply and fixing in replacement of Ball bearing suitable for 30 HP motor complete all as spccified and directed. Make -NBC/SKF

Supply and fixing in replacement of Gun Metal shaft bush for 30 HP pump with lock key complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Impeller for 30 HP pump complete all as specified and directed.

Lifting and taking out existing open-well Submersible pump set of capacity up to 15 HP for carrying out repairs including reinstallation in UG Sump /Water tank all as directed.

Lifting and taking out existing open-well Submersible pump set of capacity up to 5 HP for carrying out repairs including reinstallation in UG Sump/Water tank all as directed.

Repair/overhauling of verticle turbine Submersible pump set of capacity upto 15 HP including replacement of defective parts, opening, cleaning, oiling, greasing, and re-fitting with proper allignment including testing comissioning and connecting with existing pipe lines mechanically and electrically with starter complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Replacement of parts shall be measured separately)

Rewinding of 15 HP submersible pump motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, turns, providing sleeve, varnishing with 'E' class insulation varnish including cutting and taking out existing burnt out winding, cleaning complete including testing after rewinding at user site and complete testing all as directed.

S&F in Repair/replacement of Star Delta starter for pump motor 15.0 HP capacity at user site and complete testing all as directed. (Make: L&T/Havells/Standard)

S&F in repair/replacement of 15 HP pump bearing 6207, 6208 at user site and testing complete all as directed. Make -NBC/SKF
