DEMOLITION OF FACTORY -II (BUILDING NO 122) & SHELL FILLING ROOM (BUILDING) No, 324) AND RECONSTRCTION OF FACTORY -II AT NAD KARANJA. (a) Prepartion and submission of structural drawings of the Workshop building complex consisting of the following structures:- Sl No Details of structure Plinth Area in sqm (i) Main Workshop building 3494.40 (ii) Administrative Block in G+1 construction 1233.77 (iii) Garages Scooter Shed for 100 Nos 356.50 Car Shed for 4 Nos Total Area 5084.67 sqm (Say-5085 Sqm) Notes :- 1. Analysis and design of the structure as per latest IS codes in design software STAAD PRO/ETABS 2. Preparation of stuctural drawing including all deails in AUTOCAD including original print in tracing paper A1size and one set of drawing in soft copy copied in CD. (All drawings shall be drawn to suitable scale and shall not be printed in "fit to scale" mode. Scale shall be celearly mentioned in the drawings. The preferred scale are as follows:- (a) Main plain 1:100/1:50 (b) Details of components 1:25 (c) Minor details / cross of column beam etc 1:10 3. Vetting of design and drawings from IIT/NIT colleges. 4. Submission of design folder (one set of soft copy and one set of hard copy) containing input files of model/output of design and forces in tabular form, details of calculation, copy of MS Excel pages, one hard copy of arch and structural drgs, soft copy of all arch drgs and structural drgs in AUTOCAD as well as soft copies of signed and certified drgs scanned in pdf format. (b) Consultancy charges for preparation of detailed estimate, yardstick details, preparation and submission and uploading of tender documenta of all provisional sch 'A' and abstract priced on MES SSR 2010 (in soft copy and hard copy) to CE (Navy) Mumbai for the work given below :- (i) Construction of main workshop plint area 3494 Sqm ; (ii) Administrative Block G+1 plinth area 1233.77 Sqm; (iii) Garage scooter shed for 100 Nos and car shed for 04 Nos ; Total :- 5085 Sqm plinth area General (i) The design shall be carried out by qualifid structural engineers. Notes:- (ii) All provisions in the IS codes shall be strictly followed. (iii) The drgs shall be got approved from E2 design section of this HQ before taking final prints. (iv) The soil investigation report will be supplied by E2 design section (v) The consultant will be liable to attend the discussions and tender presentation after submission of drgs and issue required amendment drgs/coreections as directed by the dept without any extra cost. The rates quoted here in will include the cost of any such drgs. (vi) The consultant may also visit the proposed site before carrying out the design without any extra cost to the Dept.
