Supply of 110 mm dia HDPE PIPE ,PE-100 GRADE,PN 8 (SDR17) 160 mm dia wall thickness: minimum-6.5 mm,maximum 7.3 mm.

100 mm dia GI Pipe (medium class) make ZINDAL/ BANSAL

Supply of HT Kiosk / 11 KV outdoor type Feeder Pillar made of 10 SWG MS sheet complete with aluminium busbar, HT insulator etc. as required provided with locking system and painting, to be fitted on structure by supplying of MS angle (50 X 50 X 6 mm) and MS flat (40 X 6 mm) as per technical specification, approved drawings & scope of work.

Design, Engineering, Supply of 11 KV, 1250 Amp continious rated current, 350 MVA rupturring capacity, Indoor Vaccum Circuit breaker,( for out going feeder) complete with 1 set of C. T of Ratio: 200-100 /1-1 A, control panel and Relay Panel Simplex type with 110 Volt D.C actuated electrical closing / tripping mechanism with internal wiring 2 - Overcurrent & 1 - earth fault combine Micom digital relay, Master trip relay, Auxilliary relays, 3- ammeter, 1 - Volt Meter, 1 no L&T / SECURE make "Tri-Vector" meter (SCADA Compatible) , 1-C.T. operated static KW meter with panel bus mounted CT and integral earthing facility including internal arc tested panel confirming to relevent ISS / IEC as required including standared indication facilities as per requirement and with a provision to connect with existing 11KV bus

Supply of 10 KV heavy duty mains-cum battery operated Digital Insulation tester (Induction compensated with built in induction filters) megger make model S1-1068 10 KV, 6 mA test current, 8 mA immunity fully loaded diagnostic insulation tester with 2 (two) nos 3 mtr & 10 mtr screened lead set.

Earthing with G.I pipe 2.5mtr Long and 40 mm dia, including excavation, refilling with alternate layer of salt & Charcoal as per drawing including supply of G.I.Pipe, Salt & Charcoal, Gi wire, nuts & bolts, etc. as required.

HDD digging / drilling / machine digging horizontally or diagonali direction for road crossing / Water supply line / Telecommunication line / Gas pipe line etc including laying of 3-phase 3-core, 6.35/11 KV 185 sqmm XLPE cable through HDPE pipe including HDPE PIPE ,PE-100 GRADE,PN 8 (SDR 17) 160 mm dia / GI pipe direct into the earth at a depth of minimum 1200 mm below the ground surface with out effecting the existing road , excavation earth for entry pit as per site condition including coilling of extra cable as per direction of engineering in charge

Laying of 11 KV 3 core,185 sqmm XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor UG Cable in underground i/c excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as reqd.Trench size: Width: 350 mm, Height: 1200mm /sand cushioning : Height :250mm, Width: 350mm / Protection: Double layer brick

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of all Size in the GI Pipe/HDPE for Riser including tieup of pipe with pole by the MS flat clamp(excluding cost of clamp and Nut & bolts) as required. up to 400 sq.mm.

Providing of Pre-cast cement concretecable identification route marker (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits as per design, drawing and specification of TSECL. The marker shall be embossed "DANGERS: TSECL, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE" with Black colour letter(both side). The visible part shall be painted with Yellow colour japan paint. Carriage of 10.0 mtrs / 11.0mtrs / 12.0 mtrs length of Steel Tubular Poles by Mechanical Transport from the Electrical Sub-Divisional Site Store to working site Vis-a-vis, including loading, unloading and stacking as required ,Beyond 25 km upto the lead of 50km,Beyond 6 (six) poles

Carriage of materials such as Cable,AAC, AAAC, ACSR, G.I.Wire,Cross-Arm,Stay Set,Insulators etc., by Mechanical Transport from the Electrical Sub-Divisional Site Store to working site Vis-a-vis, including loading, unloading and stacking as required, upto the lead of 25km & 50km.
