Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding / terrazo dado etc (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 x 450mm x 7 to 8 mm thick on verticle surfaces,as in patch , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles including 15 mm rendering as in backing coat in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 400x400x7-8mm thick in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vetrified ceramic tiles of light shade 9-10 mm thick Square/Rectangular) area each tile exc 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm, in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 20 mm thick marble stone other than white and black table rubbed and polished in cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match incl rounded exposed edge complete all as specified and including directed.over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to mathc the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

S&F for sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F for low density PVC pipe 32 mm dia as in waste pipe to sink complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed
