Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBT material confirming to Grading - V of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundation levelling courses and flooring beds using 40mm size (SS5) hard Granite metal upto Plinth level from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for mixing, laying concrete in foundations ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402) for:-Machine Mix-PCC (1:4:8) NOMINAL MIX

Supplying and laying of seperation membrane 125 micron and as per ISI standard specification duly fixing over DLCC including cost, conveyance of all materials etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge during execution of work.

Vibrated cement concrete M 35 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBT crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500, 1700, 2100 & 2702 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for C.C Pavement.

Filling with Gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyence of water to the work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, seignorage charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Reinforced Brick Masonry 11.5cm (4 1/2") thick for partition walls in CM (1:4) prop: using second class bricks from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. and placing 2nos. of 6mm dia MS bars embedded in every 3rd layer with free ends of reinforcement keyed into mortar joints of the main brick work whereever applicable including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing, etc., but excluding cost and conveyance of steel and its fabrication charges complete for finished item of work. Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) nominal mix using 40mm size machine crushed hard granite metal and 20mm graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) in (2:1) ratio from approved quarry using concrete Mixer 10 / 7 cft (0.2 / 0.8 cum) capacity including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for mixing and hire charges of concrete mixer, laying concrete in position, vibrating, curing, centering charges, overheads & contractors profit etc.,for finished item of work for footings and basement .
