Labour only for lifting /taking up of defective submersible pumping set of capacity 60 HP to 100 HP from deep tube well and dismantling of connected rising main i.e. non return valve, bend etc from delivery of pump set, lifting of column pipe of size 150 mm dia fixed with pumping set, unscrewing of column pipes from socket / flange cutting of welded strip unscrewing of cable holding clamps and disconnecting of submersible cable joint complete all as directed.

Labour only for lowering of submersible pumping set of capacity 60 HP to 100 HP after repair and testing in deep tube well not less than 90 mtr below the ground level including lowering of column pipe size 150 mm dia by screwing with socket/flange welding or fixing MS strips, fixing of cable clamps etc up to the maximum depth of 150 mtr all as directed. Note: (i) Jointing material will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Repair of column pipe will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Contractor shall caution his staff during execution to take maximum precaution while lifting/lowering the pump set at site. In case any accident/injuries occurs the department will not held responsible for any miss happening due to negligence on their (workers) parts. Contractor shall be held totally responsible and all penalty /damages on this account shall be born by the contractor. (iv Old material retrieved during lowering /lifting the contractor shall deposit to MES store yard without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for repair to column pipe 150 mm dia having wall thickness 5 mm and 3 mtr long including transportation to workshop, cutting , threading , fabricating welding of same along with S&F MS flange of 8 mm thick having 150 mm bore dia and 8 Nos hole of 5/8” dia for fixing of nut and bolts on the both ends of the column pipe and welding the same to the pipe by means of MS strips of size 25 x 6 mm on four side of the flanges all as directed including transportation from workshop to site and stacking at site after repair complete all as specified and directed Note: In case any damage or loss of any pipe is noticed during transportation or in custody of the contractor the necessary recovery shall be effected from contractor’s due to this regard

M&L in repair for overhauling of submersible motor 75 HP to 100 HP AC 3 phase by dismantling , opening into parts cutting of burnt winding, cleaning of slots, balancing of rotor, cleaning polishing and rewinding with same gauge of PVC insulated copper wire & testing all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Spare parts shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for taking down defective electric induction motor from base plate after unscrewing nuts bolts of foundation/ coupling , 3 phase, 415/440 volts, 50 C/s, AC, capacity 15 HP, induction motor of any make , shifting the same to workshop, strip opening after unscrewing nut bolts screws etc. taking out rotor from stator, cutting and taking out burnt winding carefully from the stator, cleaning of slots, rewinding of stator with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate size matching with manufactures design including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper ,leathered paper, PVC insulated copper conductor wire connection leads of appropriate size with sleeves of suitable size up to terminal connection box , varnishing, drying up and re-assembling refixing and reinstallation at site complete and testing on load all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Required T&P and transportation shall be contractors responsibility. Repair/ replacement of shall be done within a period as intimated by the Engr-in-Charge falling which necessary recovery shall be made.

M&L for earthing with galvanized iron earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead iron strip 32 x 6mm dia by means of volts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel including excavation/earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in removal of surplus soil, to a distance upto 50 mtr PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C-1 earth pit, RCC cover with suitable handle for lifting, water pipe, funnel etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part-I (2009) all as specified including testing on completion.

M & L for complete checking of Starter Panel/Pump Sets finding the fault, and rectified the minor/Major defeccts to make it serviceable condition including replacement of unserviceable spares and testing complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.(Spare parts shall be measure and paid separtly in relevant items)
