Supplying and Fixing Mild Steel Anchor Bolts of Required Diameter and Length ( Diameter Varying from 16mm to 32mm ) for Tower Foundation including Making Steel Templates with Necessary Holes to suit the Diameter of the Anchor Bolts including Mechanical threading to the top 15 centimeter length of Bolts , welding with necessary MS Plates at the bottom of independent anchor bolts ,etc. complete .The Anchor Bolts and Template shall be fixed to line and Level keeping the Centre to Centre Distance in tact ,inside the Centring and shuttering of the Tower Beams Before doing concreting of Tower Foundation .( The Rate includes the cost of All Labour involved in the Above operation ,Materials ,Transportation and Fixing Charges and Nothing Extra shall be Paid on Any Account )

Smooth finishing of the Exposed surfaces of RCC Work with 6mm thick cement mortar 1:3

Transportation of 40.0 mtr Ground based tower materials by mechanical transport from ANCHERY, OLLUR, TRICHUR to GANDHIGRAMAM, IRINJALAKKUDA , TRICHUR , including sorting, loading, unloading and stacking at tower site including all incidental charges. (The Distance for transportation is approximately 20 km)

Supply of MS hot dipped galvanized bolts, nuts, washers etc. .of different sizes as specified for tower works.

Erection of four legged light weight GB communication tower(NB) indicated in item No. 11 above.

Re-painting of Ground Based / Roof Top Telecommunication tower (Light / Heavy weight) including ladder, antenna mounts, cable trays, gantry etc. as per the following operations:

Scraping / Cleaning of the old paint of tower in order to get rid of peeled off paint / scalings of tower, removing dust and scalings of rust ,dirt etc. by sand papering and finally cleaning the surface with cotton waste . b) Tightening of All the bolts and nuts after replacing the missing nuts / bolts if any , the payment of which shall be made separately . c) Applying a coat of Etch primer which consists of polyvinyl butyral phosphoric acid catalyst and cellulose base . The primer shall be mixed in the specified ratio of 4 ( four ) parts of cellulose base to 1 ( One ) part of catalyst or as specified by the manufacturer. d) Applying priming coat with 1 (One ) coat of zinc chromate yellow primer of approved brand and manufacturer over the Etch primered surface of tower members e) Painting the Members of the tower with 2 ( Two ) coats of Synthetic Enamel paint Using the colours viz. deep orange and white in intermittent segments as per DGCA guidelines and with the deep orange portion strictly coming on the top segment of tower .All the Materials used in the work shall be of approved brand and manufacturer and the work shall be carried out all as per the directions and instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing G I plate earth including excavation of pit of size 2000x2000x3000mm depth in all kinds of soils and placing four numbers of G I plates of size 600x600x6 mm thick vertically at diagonally opposite ends in the excavated pit and inter connecting the plates with 4 Nos. of 50x3mm G I strips with 2 no.s of G I bolts and nuts of 10mm dia at each connection and covering the joints with bitumen, placing G I pipe of 50mm internal dia ( B Class) and 3000mm length at the center of the plate grid for watering and filling the pit with fine ash and / or finally sieved good quality soil including ramming in 20 cm layers etc. complete and cover the pit with 750x750x50mm thick precast reinforced cement concrete slab having 100mm dia hole at the centre to pass the GI pipe and construct a chamber of

Internal size not less than 280x280x250mm with half brick wall including fixing CI manhole cover of size 300x300mm of weight not less than 7.20 Kg. (cover & frame) and plastering the chamber on all sides with cement mortar 1:4 of 12mm thick (1 cement : 4 fine sand) and including disposal of surplus excavated earth if any within a distance of 5 Km lead as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ring earth by excavating of trench of width 500 mm and depth 1200 mm depth and laying G I flats of size 50x3mm and jointing this flats with plate earth [vide item No.14] and jointing at corners with 2 Nos. of 10mm dia G I bolts and nuts with necessary spring washers including lead strip of 90 x 50 x 1 mm in between the joining members, and refilling the trenches with the excavated soil free from stones and disposal of surplus soil within 5 Km lead as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Providing G I strips of size 50x3 mm one end connected to the tower leg with G I bolts and nuts [with lead sheath in between] including providing and connecting the legs at the bottom of tower and the other end shall be connected to the G I plate earth/ring earth with G I bolts and nuts [with lead sheath in between] including clamping the down lead flat to walls/stems without any sharp bends using necessary clamps and screws as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Providing and fixing copper lightning conductor of 1500mm length, 25mm dia hollow tube of wall thickness not less than 1.6mm…including tinning the bottom portion of the spike for a length not less than 150 mm (lightning conductor to be fixed at the top of the tower) and connecting the GI bus bar to the lightning arrester using 2 Nos. 10 mm dia brass bolts and nuts all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight]

Providing GI bus bar of 50 x 3 mm connected to the tinned bottom portion of lightning conductor and to the ring earth/plate earth with 2 no.s of 10 mm dia GI nuts & bolts [with lead sheath in between] at each connection. The bus bar shall be drawn through heat shrink sleeve and shall be shrunk properly. The bus bar shall be clamped to the tower/ building walls at uniform interval of 1.5 Mt.. using proper GI clamps and ceramic insulators such that the bus bar shall be well insulated from the tower building walls all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Dismantling Three / four legged communication towers (upto 40 Mtr height) manually including dismembering MS hot dipped galvanized Structural sections of the Tower viz. angles, flats, Channels ,gusset plate, bolts, nuts , ladder, working platform ,antenna fixtures Lightning Arrestor etc. and stacking within 50 Mtr lead, including Providing sufficient safety measures, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in Charge. ( The rate includes the cost of insurance charges and all labour involved in the operation including hire charges and mobilization charges of tools and plants etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.)
