Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

S/F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete.

S/F Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter

M/LCement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out soft/loose soil complete.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out soft /loose soil all as spd & directed.

Excavation over area, exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, exceeding 3m but not exceeding 4.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil,(soft/loose soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc not exc 1.5 m high from base complete.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete.

Taking out existing mixed sand from firing range wall upto 12.00 metre height, stacking, sieving the mixed sand to remove dust and metal particles of size upto 6 mm thick, to make the sand fit for reuse,complete alll as specified and directed .

Removing residual materials obtained from sieving of sand to a distance exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 100 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soils, ,complete alll as specified and directed .

Refilling sieved sand in slopped portion of firing range wall upto 12.00 metre height (Maximum), spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, well ramming and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note:- Sand as approved by Engineer-in-Charge obtained from sieving (Serial item No.192 here-in-before) shall be used for refilling.

Refilling sieved sand duly mixed with saw dust in equal proportion (in top layer) in slopped portion of firing range wall upto 12.00 metre height (Maximum), spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, well ramming and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Notes: (i) Saw dust shall be measured and paid separately.

M/L for Rendering15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete.

Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete.

Supply only saw dust, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Dismantling old barbed wire fixed to posts and making coils etc., complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc., complete all as specified.

Excavation in posts holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and good surface in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

M/LCement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete.

Mild Steel angle iron 75 x 75 x 6 mm or other flat or round sections as required for posts or struts in fencing including cutting at top and bottom to shape as directed, including welding the cut portion at top, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. mild steel round bar 6 mm dia nibs, connecting struts to posts with 2 Nos. mild steel bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia and washers, complete all as specified.

Galvanised two strands, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. (Each line of wire to be measured)

Fixing and straining only (Galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing) to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. (Each line of wire to be measured. Old wire retrieved under Ser Item 26 will be used )

Barbed razor type concertain coil fixed on existing angle post and barbed wire over security wall with coil of 8 to 10 turns per coil of minimum weight of coil 14.50 Kg ,hot dip galvanised and binding with and including MS annelled wire of 0.60 mm fixed in repair ,complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including a coat of red oxide primer complete.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position and any description including removal, complete all as specified.

S/F Mild steel conforming to Fe-410-0 GdeE-250 complete. in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; ladders; railings and similar work complete.

S/F Framed work of rolled mild steel conforming to Fe-410 (GdeE250) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering; doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting, running rails & guides) and hanging, fastening & fixing complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

Taking down & refixing steel gate of any design or section & refixing the same to same opening after minor addition & alteration with and incl repair and providing heavy duty one bush hinges and two pintal hinges (box type heavy duty) with nut and bolt arragement and making necessasry hold fast arrangement in pillar and floor for each leaf

M & L for Preparation of old steel surface, of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered or un-plastered old decorated surfaces of walls, cornices etc such as brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke shoots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S/F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting, 2mm thick, with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washer in roof, wall etc complete.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering

Taking out silt, gravel bounders, vegetation grass from complete chocked and blocked and fully filled up Nallah/ Culvert with revoming the silt rubbish to distance exc 150m but n.exc. 500m complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings & n. exc, 15cm thickness (below above ground level )removal of rubbish etc not exc. 50m all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surface including hacking for key scrabbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L raking out joints / flush pointing to brick work in wall or to surface channels in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M/LCement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains complete.

M/L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, bond stones, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150/200mm dia(Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 200mmdia pipe with one collar per length of pipe and make sewer line functional.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 150mmdia pipe with one collar per length of pipe and make sewer line functional.

M/LCement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete.

Cleaning of underground sewage lines of 100 mm /150 MM/ 200 mm bore from solid/ liquid/ mud deposited in these lines manually by rodding with sewage drainage rods through connecting manholes and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 500 metres from outside periphery of defence land including cleaning sludge/ solid deposited from the ends as well as from intermediate manholes coming between these lines taking off & refixing of manholes, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Cleaning & clearing of solid/liquid mud/any type of solid content including mud,brick bats,empty containers of any type, polythene or any similar items deposited in underground sewage lines 100 to300 mm bore entire area in domestic and tech area under HIGHGROUNDS AF Station and any depth upto3 mtrs including manholes/inspection chambers of any size and any depth, using SUPER SUCTION MACHINE TRUCK MOUNTED HAVING SUCTION CAPACITY 1000 TO 4000 CUM/HRS, JETTING PUMP WITH WORKING PRESSURE AT LEAST 120 BAR having facilities of high presssure water thermoplastic fibre braided water jetting hose amd throungh conical/round shape nozzler pipe, bottom surface of manholes/inspection chambers & sewage lines should be visible after cleaning process. Sludge /sludge water/any type of waste recoverd fro, sewage lines/manhloes/inspection chambers shall be disposed off at authorised dumping site declared by local administration outside Ministry of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of underground sewage lines of 100 to200 mm bore by excavation and breaking (minimum two length) and removing the blockage, laying new pipes, re-jointing with old pipes including haunching the new pipes with PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded aggregate in all situations where cleaning is not possible otherwise complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Cleaning, desilting of septic tank/ manholes from solid/ liquid, mud and removing sludge to a distance not exceeding 500 metres from the outside periphery of defence land complete, including pumping out liquid and liquid sludge with pump arrangements all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note: Only solid contents shall be measured for payment.

M/LPrecast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete (reinforcement to be measured separately)

Removing blockage from water closet (Indian or European type) by removing solid/ liquid or mud deposited in the trap or CI pipe line by rodding manually and removing the sludge (duly covered in a hygienic manner) to a distance exceeding 150 metre but not exceeding 250 metre and making the WC fully functional, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Removing blockage from Floor/Nahani trap by removing solid/ liquid or mud deposited in the trap or CI pipe line by rodding manually and removing the sludge (duly covered in a hygienic manner) to a distance exceeding 150 metre but not exceeding 250 metre and making the fully functional, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Taking out and removing of old man hole covers & frames of any type including refixing the same after raising man holes 23 cm thick brick work of 3 brick wall of size 80cmX80 cm to 110X110 cm outer in CM 1:4 and plaster the same all around in CM 1:4 and fixing the old manhole cover or fixing new cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note: new cover will be measured and paid for separately.

Taking out and removing of old gully trap covers & frames of any type including refixing the same after raising GT 23 cm thick brick work of 1 to 2 brick wall of size 60cmX60 cm to 80cmX80 cm outer in CM 1:4 and plaster the same all around in CM 1:4 and fixing the old manhole cover or fixing new cover, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge. Note: new cover will be measured and paid for separately.

Cleaning of underground storm water road gully chamber by rmoving MS or PCC road gully cover or both by dismantling PCC copping removal of silt, vegitation grass roots etc complete ffom gully trap and from the mouth of in and outlet pipe for ensuring free flow of storm water and refixing the same or new PCC/MS cover or both as per original provision or as directed by Eng-in-Charge and fixing with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 copping and cleaning the surrounding 1 mtr all around and removal of debries and silt etc to a distance100 to 250 mtr away the road side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M/LCement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors complete.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC floors /hardstanding , laid in bays type B-2, 1:2:4 mix finished even and rough using XPM impression whilst concrete is greeen including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC floors /hardstanding , laid in bays type B-2, 1:2:4 mix finished even and rough using XPM impression whilst concrete is greeen including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25mm thick, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over & including 20mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS : 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment (in top layer), coloured, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate includes supply and spreading of sand.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stones including necessary froms & moulds and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

50 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/hard standing, etc, laid in approved size panels, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, joints filled with mastic mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 44420.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 112 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
