Supplying and fixing 12 x 60 SS 304 HEX half thread bolt with nut & washer (304 gr) in correct position after cutting and removing all the existing bolts and flats from the gate leaf, including cost of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, incidental and conveyance charges etc., complete as per approved specification and drawing as per the direction of Engineer in charge including Cost for undertaking the ESMP requirements .

Supplying and fabricating seal cover plate for bottom seal using MS material etc., complete as per relevant standards and confirming to IS 11855, including conveyance charges, cost of materials, labor, POL, hire charges of machinery and sundry expenses etc. complete as per approved specification, drawings and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fabricating seal cover plate for side seal using MS material etc. complete as per relevant standards and confirming to IS 11855, including conveyance charges, cost of materials, labor, POL, hire charges of machinery and sundry expenses etc. complete as per approved specification, drawings and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying Steel wire rope 40 mm dia, 6x36 (14-7+7-7-1) Construction, normal lay, Extra improved plow steel (EIPS) grade, Galvanised, Steel Core, Preformed, Pre stretched, Stress relieved, tensile strength 1960 N/sqmm., conforming to IS specification 2266-2019.

Fixing wire rope already supplied to the gates and hoisting unit safely and in correct alignment of the whole system after removing the existing one by both manual operating system and driven by the prim over already provided, including cost of all labour , incidental charges, hire charges of generator set, tools and plants, correcting the final alignment, without affecting the structural safety of the existing members and observing the safety measures including applying cardium compound and stacking the dismantled rope in departmental store, Provision for undertaking the ESMP requirements is also included.

Supplying and fixing new rubber Bottom seal of good quality having the same dimensions (111x20 mm) as that of the existing one, for bottom seal of the radial gate of Cheruthoni dam, after cutting and removing the existing rubber seals from the gate leaf including holes in the seal stem etc. complete as per relevant standards and confirming to IS 11855, including conveyance charges, cost of materials, labor, POL, hire charges of machinery and sundry expenses etc. complete as per approved specification, drawings and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing new rubber Side seal of good quality having the same dimensions (70x30x12 mm) as that of the existing one, for side seal of the radial gate of Cheruthoni dam, after cutting and removing the existing rubber seals from the gate leaf including holes in the seal stem, etc. complete as per relevant standards and confirming to IS 11855, including conveyance charges, cost of materials, labor, POL, hire charges of machinery and sundry expenses etc. complete as per approved specification, drawings and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning seal cover plates by a jet of sand/grit/copper slag, propelled by a blast of compressed air and painting the surface with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat after applying two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film thickness of 70+/-5 microns, so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns over the grit blasted and cleaned surface to class A standard of IS14177 including cost of materials, labour charges, cost of testing all painting materials incidental charges, hire charges of tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Hiring Crane of 50T capacity for placing fabricated structures into the specified locations of dam as per drawing. the cost including cost of services of operating staff, Cost of lubricating oil, diesel / Petrol/ Kerosene oil, other consumables for running the plant and machinery. The hire charges of crane on per day basis are for single shift of eight working hours.
