Supply, laying jointing & testing for centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe of 250 mm bore with socket & spigot ends including specials having ISI stamping with IS 8329/2000, Classification 'K-7' in standard length of 5.50/6.0 mtrs with cement mortar lining complete as specified & directed

S&F in repair sluice valves flanged end, cast iron body, flanged and drilled and non rising type stainless steel spindle with nut, long body, class P N 1.6 conforming to IS 14846/ of 2000 of sizes 250 mm including all flange joint with rubber or fibre board, bolts nuts washers complete

M&L for construction of new PCC solid Masonry valve chamber of size 1000 x 800 x 1000 mm (Internal dimensions) with PCC foundation 1;4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick 150 mm wide off sets around over 100 mm thick hard core, 200 mm thick PCC solid block wall built in CM 1:6 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 capping finished even and smooth, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6)finished even and smooth, without using extra cement internally including top of floor including excavation earth work in hard/dense soil 3 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm thick iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coaping with locking arrangement mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing water level sensor suitable upto 200000 Gln water capacity UG sump, Type - Hydrostatic, Range 0-4 Meter, Output - 4 to 20 Mil Amp complete all as specified all as specified by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing water level indicator 7 segment 4 digit LED display, input-4 to 20 Mili Amp power supply - 230 volt AC complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil each not exc 0.50 cum getting out

M/L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded trap stone aggregate as in foundation

S&F of framed works for chain links angles, frame work for water tanks including etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde -E-165

M/L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with end including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanized fencing of any size and type.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolt etc.

Supply only mild steel flat iron of Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 in required length for fixing/supporting to chain link fencing and post.

S/F mild steel (5 to 10mm dia of neck) screw bolt (machine made) exc 5cm but not exc 10 cm in length with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other each screw end to be fitted with washer 3 mm thick mild steel.

All as per item No 9 above but exc 15 cm but not exc 22.5 cm length

S&F of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F of Concertina Razor wire coil of 450 mm dia and fixed to MS Angles all as directed by QEngr-In-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new steel surface exc 10 cm width and girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red axide primer.
