Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacenent of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11000 Volt system, cross sectional area 120sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/pipes/ ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing complete as per IS-7098(Part-I)-1988 completeincluding taking out old UNSV under ground cable all as specified and directed.

Opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer Oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/out door type) installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Meggar the defective winding portion/taking out ,cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate guage/winding wire/strip winding of existing, description for transformer of capacity 63 to 200 KVA/ including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Winding of coil with copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.(ii). Transportation chagres are inclusive in the quoted rates. (iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper,cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet etc are inclusive in the coated rates.

All as per Item No 06 here-in-before but capacity 250 to 630 KVA.

Supply only copper winding wire of any size/description suitable for step down transformer of any capacity, dismantled under item No-06 & 07 above including winding of coils HT/LT as per the manufacturers design & specification to obtain rated KVA complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rate quoted deemed to be included for necessary complete testing and commissiong of the transformer as directed by Engr-in-Charge).

Supply & filling of transformer oil for topping up oil in the transformer after dehydration with dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strengh of oil 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing away all grass vegetation ,saplings, shrubs, brush wood undergrowth roots and trees not exceeding 30 CM girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance soft/loose soil and getting out including sprinkling anti vegitation chemical for complete area with spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge of 40mm to 63 mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type soil ; for laying under ground cable of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer including watering & well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover class HVP type - 1 with size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e width of cover along the length of cable) for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed and sand cover to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 110 mm bore dia HDPE pipe suitable for 5/6 kgf/cm square working pressure with all fittings, laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing/On HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement, for HT lightening arrester metal oxide type (gap less) for out door use complete with all fittings and fixing arrangements transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts including brackets, clamps,nuts, bolts ,washers and connecting to earth wire 4mm dia GI comp lete all as specified and directed with manufacturers test certificate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Maintenance and complete overhauling of 33 KV VCB of existing make/ type/mode/capacityl including diassembling of operating mechanism parts well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable spare parts reassembling of parts including well cleaning the complete panel board,main busbar,decarbonizing all joints busbar CTs,PTs, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and remote mode and calibration & checking of tripping system of 33 KV circuit breaker through IDMT over current and earth fault relay at plug setting infented inservice by primary current injection method to ensure proper function of trip coil control circuit etc. during fault condition setting by expert from authorised agency of state electricity board including submission of calibration certificate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minor spare parts required to make VCB functional is to be included in the quoted rates.
