Carrying out Ultrasonic testing (USFD) of FB Welds/AT Welds (1080 Gr. , 60 Kg 110 UTS Rails) as per Indian Railway Standard Specification for Ultrasonic Testing of Rails & Welds (Provisional), Revised 2012 along with latest correction slip and Manual for Ultrasonic testing of Rails and Welds, Revised 2012 along with latest amendments issued by RDSO. The quoted rate shall include cost of all contractor’s own RDSO Certified USFD Machines, USFD Operators and Quality Control Supervisors with approved QAP by RDSO, labour, tools (probes, couplant (Oil) water is not permitted etc materials, consumables (couplant, etc.), supervising, testing, submitting report as per specification, etc., for complete job in all respect with all other incidental cost as per the directions of Engineer – in charge. (Digital Record required to be submitted for defective joints).
