Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

a)For Manufacturers: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Ash handling spares of make Ayems/ Techpro/ M&M/ DCIPS to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs 30.88 Lakhs (Rs 15.44 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (2 year for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2024-25 & 2025-26).As a proof purchase order copies (Single/Multiple (max.3)) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b) For Authorised representatives/ dealers/ Suppliers etc: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Ash handling spares of make Ayems/ Techpro/ M&M/ DCIPS to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs 11.88 Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26

Capabilities of Vendor

The intending bidder shall be Manufacturer/Authorized dealer/Supplier of Ash handling spares of make Ayems/ Techpro/ M&M/ DCIPS. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate issued by the Competent Authority/ relevant documents in e-portal.

Financial Status

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than Rs 38.60 Lakhs during the last 3 preceding financial years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 (last 2 preceding financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises i.e., 2023-24 & 2024-25). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
