Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder (VG-30) after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75 mm (seventy five millimetre ) as per Technical Specification Clause 505 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulation distributer at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg ( zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram) per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and Laying 30mm ( Thirty millimetre ) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 to 5.6 ( five point four to five point six ) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Cluase 509 complete in all respect and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer –in- Charge with in all leads .lifts and carriage of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and laying V-Shape PCC drain with CC 1:3:6 size of drain is 45 cm X 37.40 cm having 10 cm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement three sand: six graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), mechanically mixed place in foundation compacted by vibration and curing complete ensuring non segregation conforming as per section 2100 as per technical Specification including the cost of form work , hauling of materials and machinery in all leads and lifts by all modes of transportation.
