Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), including existing APP membrane and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work exceeding 15cm but not exceeding 30 cm in width or girth, including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note :Supply of WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound finished fair and even over roof surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :Supply of WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with known woven polyester matt black finished weighting not less than 100 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/sqcm, side lap and end lap 10 cm and 15 cm with torch application of membrane, over compatible primer at the rate of 0.30 ltr/sqm and finishing with bituminous aluminium paint applied at the rate of 0.10 kg/sqm and finished all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufactures.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 25 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing soil excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface with power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Hard core of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/Sqcm in field 400 Kg of cement per cum including necessary formwork/moulds complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' for 100 thickness of concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Forming contraction(Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A', complete all as specified and directed.
