Routines of CO2 fire fighting system. (a) Remove cylinders and carry out weighing by using beam scale. Provide certificate of weighing. (b) Carry out survey of piping. (c) Calibrate weighing beam scale. (d) Check all flexible hoses for crack, Renew with new one. (e) Remove and inspect cylinder operating heads. Test for correct functioning. (f) Renew busting disc fitted in the system.
Ultrasonic gauging of bottles.
Endoscopy of bottles.
Chemical cleaning of bottles and pipelines.
Routines of control panel / control checks of system.
Quality analysis of extinguish Gas.
Hydro Pressure testing of Bottles.
