| 1 | A.The Following is the scope of work and terms and conditions to carry out the works .(Amount may be quoted in lump sum includuing the cost of all activities for entire jobs). Carrying out the visual inspection of the building premises and providing distress map based on visual inspection, collection & submission of photographs of the Structure. B. Performing/ conduction non-destructive testing as per relevant Indian standard to assess the compressive Strength and quality of concrete and corrosion of steel reinforcement in RCC structure member though :- I. Rebound hammer test
II. Ultra pulse velocity test (UPVT)
III. Carbonation test
IV. Half-Cell potentiometer test
V. Core Extradition test C. Submission of detailed strucural audit report in Proforma-B Format with test results, analyzing and interpretation of test results and Photographs on Structural Condition of the building and recommending the appropriates remedial measure. Preparation of distress maps, required if any. D.Issunace of Structural Fitness/Stability Certificate of the structure as per standard/ Municipal format. Note : 1. Rate shall hold good till completion of work. 2.The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes as applicable. 3.Time allowed for completion of work shall be reckoned from date of issue of work order. 4.Rates shall be inclusive of all activities A to D and inclusive of all taxes. 5.Architectural drawings if available shall be supplied. 6. Rates shall include labour required for all activities I/C site preparation for tests etc. Nothing over the quoted rate/ amount shall be payable. 7.Removal and refixing of false ceiling shall be included in the rates. 8.Payment shall be released only after submission of final Structural Audit Report (Copies- 3nos.)
