M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets of any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S &F false ceiling 4 mm thick with GI framed work with main tee of size 24x28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet 0.3 mm thick doubled at web and single flange,flange covered with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24x24x0.45 mm powder coated for ceiling,ceiling board 60 cm x60 cm x4 mm thick suspended with GI wire 2 mm dia and up to2 M avg length with adjustable device complete including plugging in brick/stone wall with steel rawl plug @ 600 mmc/c. Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at four sides and painted with two coats of acrylic distemper tint as approved and making good all the distrubed portion complete all as spd and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:6), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair mixed with @ 200ml per bag WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as spd and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size half brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, ,in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets andrailings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
