Notes for item Nos 1 to 9 (a) safaiwala as per requirement will be present on all working days including sunday 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs and report to complaint cell for collecting the complaints and all complaints to be attend (except major complaints) within 8 hours, if not attended on same day an amount of Rs 250/- per complaints will be deducted from the contractor's payment for not attending complaints.

Disposal of waste shall be made in accordance with the regulations of authorities concerned. c) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cleaning the nearby MH & sewage line from that MH to septic tank.
