Replacement of Damaged 145KV SF6 Gas Circuit

Carriage of 145 KV SF6 Gas Circuit breaker (CGL. make) from 220 KV Substation Dohna to 220 KV Substation CB Ganj including loading unloading both with the help of crane/ hydra.

Dismantling of 145 KV SF-6 circuit breaker (ABB make) installed at 132KV, 40MVAr Capacitor bank-II at 220 KV Substation CB Ganj by removing both side jumper of CB, removing of cable connections, disconnecting SF-6 pipe at each pole disconnecting of all three pole and safely by means of hydra/crane and placing these dismantled pole in the store or safe place at substation, removing of earthing, mechanism box and structure. Work also includes shifting of dismantled breaker to store/said place at 220 KV Substation CB Ganj

Modification of existing foundation of 145 KV SF-6 CB by cuting, Fabrication, welding & drilling of suitable Gl Angle as per equirement of new 145 KV (CGL make) SF-6 circuit breaker base column. Proper installation of these modified Gl angle on RCC foundation (Gl Angle will be provided by the department).

Erection of new 145 V SF-6 (CGL make) Circuit breakers on modified structure foundation by means of crane hydra work also includes shitting of breaker fram switchyard to work site.

Cable termination with proper glands & ferrules, proper earthing of 145 KV CB and its structure at two points, doing jumper on both side of newly erected CB and all related work to complete the job satisfactory.

Testing & Commissioning of new 145 KV CB
