Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Electro Chlorination plant & dosing system captive electro chlorination plant MAC-300 PLC based continuous model with the following technical specifications,all as per manufacturers instructions and directed by Eng-in-charge. (i) PLANT DESIGN (a) Type of Chlorinator : Electro-chlorinator (b) operating capacity : 300 gms per hour of 100% free available chlorine. (c) Mode offered : Seaclor Mac(R) 300. (d) Electric Supply required : 415V, 3Phase, 50 Hz AC

(ii) BRINE PREPARATION AND FORWARDING SYSTEM: (a) Brine preparation tank : The unit will consist of 1 No. 500 Litres (HDPE). (ii) Brine forwarding pump: The unit will consist of 1 No.and brine forwarding pump for concentrated brine solution to the Electrolyser (iii) ELECTRO-CHLORINATOR : The whole set up will consist of 1 No Electro-chlorinator to generate 100% active available chlorine. The Electro-chlorinator unit will consist of 1 set of electrode. Each electrode consist of a set of DSA. Anode & Cathode manufactured using ASTM B 265. Gr 1 Titanium plate material of 1.5 mm thick and coated with mixed metal oxide (MMO) chemical. The Electrodes shall be Bi-polar.

(iv) POWER SUPPLY UNIT : The system will consist of 1 No. DC power supply unit (Transformer Rectifier). The power supply system shall be floor mounted and pre-wired unit consisting of Transformer, Rectifier and Control panel in one single cubicle. Input supply to the unit will be three phase ,415Volts, 50Hz. The capacity of the power supply system will be sized to generate desired volume of active chlorine through Electrolysis of brine solution. The system will be protected against over Voltage and over Current. (v) MICROPROCESSOR BASED PLC SYSTEM : The unit consists of microprocessor based PLC system to control the whole operation and minimum the manual interaction

(vi) HYPOCHLORITE TRANSFER PUMP: The unit will consist of 1 No. hypo transfer pump to transfer hypo transformer pump to transfer hypo solution from system to hypo storage tank. (vii) INTER –CONNECTING PIPE LINE – 1Set

(viii) CHLORINE DOSING SYSTEM : It consists of 1 No Dosing Tank of 500 litres HDPE construction with Nozzles for inlet,outlet, drain, level gauges and overflow (ix) DOSING PUMPS : It consists of 2 Nos (1W+1S) Dosing Pumps of capacity 23.0 LPH at Max 12 Kg/ sqcm injection pressure with PP wetted parts along with suction foot valve,suction/discharge valves & NRVs, suction & discharge CPVC piping & including lead, lift, site fabrication, supports etc including civil works to be required to complete the installation as directed by Eng-in-charge. Make for chlorination plant : Electro Chloninator Denora India Ltd/ Siemens Ltd/ ION Exchange Ltd,as approved by GE. Make for Dosing Pumps : Idex India Pvt Ltd/ Prominent Fluid Control/Grundfos India Pvt Ltd/ Milton Roy India Pvt Ltd,as approved by GE. Note: The manufacturer/contractor shall submit 3 copies of detailed drawing, complete literature including details of operation and maintenance instructions of the equipment to the Eng-in-charge on completion of installation of plant.
