Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat & 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make complete in all aspects as per direction of Engineer-In charge.

Repair of existing fixed steel angle total length towards ISB boundary including primer coat and 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint including, concreting, straightening, etc. all aspects complete in all aspects as per direction of engineer in charge.
