Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, PVC boards etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in charge.

Gypsum board 9-10mm thick in ceiling board fixed with screw 60x60cm placed in ceiling (Angle 25mm X 25mm, Main tee 38mm X 23mm, Sub tee 23mm X 23mm including aluminium anodised snap grid frame 605x605 mm for false ceiling including hanging arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only ceiling board as obtained from item No 1 here-in-before and fixed with new steel screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Hollow PVC wall pannelling / lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement, beadings etc and fixing on PVC frame as in repair as specified in MES schedule part-I & II complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the plant/growth of any description size, any location of external surfaces in any position by cutting & remvoing the roots completely spraying the suitable chemical (each plant 100 ML) in the rooted portion to avoid re-growth & making good damaged portion to match the existing surfaces by PCC type B0(1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as directed by Engr In Charge. (Chemical :- Gramzone/Roundup or equavalent suitable chemical to remove/destroy the plants/roots)

Framed work (Fe-290-W (Gde-E-250) quality A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, posts, braces, rafters, purlins, tubes etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib / multi rib TMP Profile Galvalume sheeting in roof having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MPa minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyester paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary racking with wire brushes to remove all loose laitence & washing with clean water, crack filling with acrylic putty as directed on site, wetting the wall surfaces prior to coating and applying 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste & allow to dry for 4 hours, on internal walls, applying damp proof coating and blend a mixture with water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & applying 2 coats over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs and applying matching decorative finish complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces incl necessary taking down and wirebrush the surfaces to remove existing paint & putty, snowcem etc on external wall and crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste and wet the wall prior to coating, Apply Dr. Fixit PrimeSeal (50% Dilution ) and allow to dry for 4-6 hours. Finally apply 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat undiluted, with an approximate time interval of 6 hours intravals (Each coat time duration is 6 hrs) complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint matching with surrounding surfaces complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of work.

M& L complete preparation of plastered wall surfaces incl necessary taking down , wire brush the surface of wall to remove all the loose laitence & wash with clean water and crack filling as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal incl crack filling with Dr Fixit Crack 'X' Paste& allow to dry for 4 hours , in internal ceiling , apply damp proof coating and Blend a mixture & water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs, over coat of walls with the suitable protective (decorative) coating , and applying two coats white or color wash as matched with existing color complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete of size not less than 20cm (Ht) x 10cm (thickness) in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever directed complete all as specified.

Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof and parapet wall junction , roof benching, kerbs, mud stop, coping, rounded or chamfered on edges as in filling required for embedding steel sctions incl necessary sloping on roof top surfaces including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar thickness in floors, aprons and wall cladings complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved) of size 300 x 600 x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (min) (square /rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured epoxy grout to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick, Light shade coloured (square/ rectangular) (double charged) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured epoxy grout to match , over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm (double charged) as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured epoxy grout to match, over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Granite of Ist quality 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, table rubbed and polished as in flooring, steps tread, jambs, window-cills in single piece including nosing and two nos friction groove, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Granite of Ist quality 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, table rubbed and polished as in skirting dado or cladding, on vertical surfaces of pillar or wall, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone in repair and removing rubbish off the premices complete all as specified and as directed.

Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

10 mm thick (average) bedding layer on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, mixed with WPC, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC measured and paid separately.

3mm thick ACP panel cladding, fixing on vertical or horizontal MS frame work and filling silicon gel for grove including fixing of Screw gaskets, bolts washers complete all as specified and directed.

12mm thick toughened float glass with grinded and rounded edged for fixing as wall panels, door shutter, window shutter including pre drilled holes and notching for fixing patch fittings, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Patch fittings shall be measured and paid for separately.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and directed.

Stone masonry walling or squared walling in cm 1:6, brought upto courses using dressed same size Porbandar stone of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 25 herein before but using Porbandar Stone obtained from demolition herein before complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces 'in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying thin layer of wall care putty and two coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of shade and colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of newly plastered surfaces and applying Two coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as directed (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Taking down aluminium door window and refixing the same opening with alingning, replacing beading, screws and hinge slider, repairing, easing and making functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Powder coated aluminium sliding window shutters, aluminium section (40mm x 20mm x 1.2mm thickness aluminium Section for window Shutters) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 No.) or hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2 nos.), suitable handle or Star lock, (1 no.) gasket, Fixing arrangement with Stainless Steel Mesh or Plain glass section etc as in repair complete all as specified and directed. Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

Preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description(Steel gates , Embedded Angles etc), over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing size or type 75mm X 75mm with 4mm dia wire of minimum weight 2.9Kg/Sqm incl line wire and to any type of standard rails standard bolts etc incl binding wire (if minimum weight is not available then contractor has to provide next higher weight without extra cost)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc incl providing binding wire, including taking down old fencing complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Punched tape concertina coil (Bitumen dipped) 610mm dia made with high tensile strength galvanized mild steel wire 2.60 mm dia as per IS 4454 strip material (galvanized MS strip as per IS-1730) with angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 3.00 metre apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with G.I staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts on GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core 2.6mm dia wire minimum barb 9 mm width, loop spacing 250± 20mm, coil length 9 metre and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. . Note :- Mild steel angle (Y-Shape) shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down shutters of existing steel gate of size upto 3 sqm (each panel), straightning the members as required, cutting out unservicable parts straightning the members as required, welding the loose joints, hinges cleats, MS Plates MS sheet etc as per standard SOP of welding, making good the rusted portion replacing with steel section of equal size provision of necessary new cleats and hinges, all greasing oiling and aligning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: New Steel section required shall be measured and paid seprately.

Taking out silt, brick, debris, liquids waste, sludge in solid / semi solid/ liquid state including complete cleaning of drainage line upto 900mm wide and 2000mm deep including removal of Drain Cover , steel grating etc and suitably disposing off material outside MD land including removal of PCC drain Cover and re fixing to the original position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing PVC Drainage Pipe upto 200mm dia pipe lines with rodding and help of cleaning tool and cleaning with each floor juctions including birds wastes, sludge, Stone deposits etc complete including removal and refixing the cover in original position complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (coloured) any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 grade (with grey cement and pigment) with 30 mm thick compacted sand coushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement conc 1:4 :8 type D-2 (40mm graded agg) in foundatin filling, mass concrete and sub base (75mm thick max) complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Extra forming fair finished drain channel upto 60 cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Powder coated aluminium doors of section including chowkat size of door n.exe 2sqm (chowkat 101mmx44mmx1.5mm wall thickness, bottom rail min 90mmx44mmx2mm thick wall thickness) including aluminium hinges, aluminium tower bolts 200mm, aluminium handle 150mm, 4mm thick glass necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading screws & 1 nos hydraulic door closer of aluminium body, mortice lock four levers with two Nos keys complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of textures exterior paint @3.28 liters / 10 sqm over a coat of primer @2.20 kg / 10 sqm of shade approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Some Fittings are required to removing while working Conditions like a Sunken prtions, Roof Works & Tilling work in Bath rooms etc, However after Completion of work Contractor shall be refix those plumbing, carpentry items in the same postions without any extra cost.
