Transportation, placing and fixing of 1000mm size double drive head along with all assessries from surface to underground or from old district to new district or vice versa for a lead of 100m

Installation of 1000mm size double drive drum with loop take-up.

Transportation / Carriage of steel structure by manual labour including loading, unloading & Stacking the same for lead up to 50m in Underground.

Installation of belt structure of 1000 mm in UG gallery.

Transportation of 1000mm PVC Belting of length 200m from surface to UG / from one district to another district up to end of the track line for lead of 1km.

Change (Laying of 1000mm) of PVC belt on conveyor structure.

Transportation and installation of 1000mm size tail end drum, drum base, tail end guard, side plate/ loading brackets (chute), decking plates in UG within a lead of 100m.

Malma Cleaning/removal of debris from galleries & cleaning of belt roadway and stacking/loading within 50 m.

Groove cutting / floor cutting for stopping / Manhole by chisel & hammer ( In Hard stone)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Loading of materials into tub at surface

Un - loading the materials at destination point in UG

Dismantling of Haulage track line of 100m length i.e. 100 x 2 = 200 m rail of 30 lbs in UG.

Transportation of 100 m track line (i.e. 100m x 2 = 200 m rail of 30 lbs) from surface / old working to site of installation in UG for a lead of 2 Km.

Laying of haulage track line of 100 m length with 30 lbs rail on both side of the track (100m x 2) in underground

Transportation and laying / installation of endless haulage considering at a lead of 2 km max. from old site to new site in UG or from surface to UG

Line packing including packing with materials as per direction of site in charge.
