(iv) Complaint slip and complaint register will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department. (v) If contractor fails to attend the complaints in 48 hours, a recovery of Rs 300/- per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor. (vi) Any misc items required viz M Seal, screws, washers, nails etc in the work shall deemed to be included in the respective item of repair and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Taking up or down existing GI steel water tubing of any grade 25mm bore including all fittings and accessories from open surfaces, re-threading the old threds, cutting, welding work, etc as requried and re-fixign the same after necessary repair works, etc as required, with and including new GI fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, connections, short pieces, bolts, nuts, unions, caps & plugs etc.) and accessories as reqd in new or old position including necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil complete all as spceified and directed.

The entire job is to be carried out all as specified and directed at Loc : Haldwani Note :- (i) The contractor shall write the date on which the tank is cleaned with white synthetic enamel paint in bold letter and back ground shall be painted with black synthetic enamel paint on wall of UG Tank. (ii) Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included the same and no extra payment shall be made on this account.
