OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF DG SET AT OMC, BAFFLE RANGE, SPS PRATAPNAGAR, OH RESERVOIR AND INCINERATOR AT MISSAMARI UNDER GE MISAMARI

M&L for Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation of Diesel driven Generating Set installed at 15 MOB VET HOSP including Oil Fired Incinerator with ONE OPERATOR (MATE) PER SHIFT in ONE SHIFTS PER DAY (Morning Shift), Each Shift of 8 Hours duration) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The term ‘Daily Operation’ includes Minor Maintenance like cleaning of Machines, Equipments and Hourly Reading and Recording of Each Plant in Log Sheet(s). Log Sheet(s) will be provided by the Contractor to all Equipments installed at Installation in Standard Proforma to make Record in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge. (b) DHPP for running the DG Set as required shall be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as ‘FREE-FOR-USING & RUNNING’ (c) SHIFT DUTIES TIMMINGS Morning Shift : 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours (d) Contractor shall provide 01 pair of Dress (pant, Shirt with printed logo of firm in front and back, cap and 01 pair of Shoes) immediate after acceptance of contract. (e) Contractor shall provide Required tools as specified by engr-in-charge. (f) Cost of (d) and (e) deemed to be included in quoted rate by contractor.

M&L for Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation of Diesel driven Generating Set for SECURITY LIGHT at OMC & SWT (Fire Fighting) pumping Installation with stand by DG Set installed within the same vicinity including operating Valves for supply of Water time-to-time with ONE OPERATOR (FGM) PER SHIFT in ONE SHIFT PER DAY (each Shift of 8 Hours duration) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The term ‘Daily Operation’ includes Minor Maintenance like cleaning of Machines, Equipments and Hourly Reading and Recording of Each Plant in Log Sheet(s). Log Sheet(s) will be provided by the Contractor to all Equipments installed at Installation in Standard Proforma to make Record in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation SPS NO.1 and SPS NO.2 Installations at PRATAPNAGAR MISAMARI, comprising with operating of Sewage Pump etc., with ONE OPERATOR (FGM) round the Clock in ONE SHIFTS PER DAY (Morning ) each Shift of 8 Hours duration) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The term ‘Daily Operation’ includes Minor Maintenance like cleaning of Machines, Equipments and Hourly Reading and Recording of Each Plant in Log Sheet(s). Log Sheet(s) will be provided by the Contractor for all Equipments installed at STP in Standard Proforma to make Record in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge. Daily Maintenance, Manning & Operation of over head reserviours of different capacity at 667 Army AVN,206 Army AVN Sqn and A/F OHT's comprising with water distribution system (reaching to the users permises) from OH Reserviors by operating valves with ONE VALVE MAN round the Clock in TWO SHIFTS PER DAY (Morning & Evening) (8 Hour Per Shift) including Sundays and Holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) The term ‘Daily Operation’ includes Minor Maintenance, operating of OH tanks valves of any size, maintaing records of valves operations in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge. (b) SHIFT DUTIES (TIMMINGS) (i) Morning Shift : 0400 Hours to 1200 Hours (ii) Evening Shift : 1200 Hours to 2000 Hours (c) Contractor shall provide 01 pair of Dress (pant, Shirt with printed logo of firm in front and back, cap and 01 pair of Shoes) immediate after acceptance of contract. (d) Contractor shall provide Required tools as specified by engr-in-charge. (e) Cost of (c) and (d) deemed to be included in quoted rate by contractor.
