Day to day operation for different type of AC Plants at different places within the premises of COM and JNM Hospital Kalyani for the period of 01 Year

Operation Contract of 10 nos. 11 Tr air-cooled AHU AC plant & 2 nos. 5.5 Tr. air-cooled AHU AC plant at New OT First Floor, 2 nos. 12 Tr. VRF AC plants & 1 no. 8 Tr. VRF AC plant at New OT Complex, Ground Floor area, 2 nos. 11 Tr. Air-cooled AHU AC plant at LT 5 Auditorium, 5 nos. 7.5 Tr. Hat at PICU and SNCU, 132 TR capacity air-cooled central AC plant including AHU (with standby unit) for New Auditorium Unit and any upcoming plant in the premises of JNM Hospital as per terms and condition. 2 Nos of Trend Semi Skilled Operator have to be appointed per shift for total 3 shifts on all days through the year.
