Repair Renovation to Fire station office ,Earthfilling and Paver blocking at Bassudevpur Fire Station under Bhadrak District for the year 2025-2026

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed upto the reqd. depth and deposited the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering if reqd. etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation with sand well watered and rammed with appropriate rammer /Mechanical compactor and top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc. comple as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) by using 40mm size BHG(C.B) metal of appd.quality from appd.quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete in layers to the reqd.levels ramming watering, curing etc. complete including cost,conveyance,royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour T&P reqd. for the work etc.complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in C.M(1:6)using bricks of size 25cmx12cmx8cm having crushing strength 75kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation and Plinth with all necessary projections, cutting, moulding, corebelling, champering, watering and curing with all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC work of Prop (M-20) using 20mm and down graded BHG(C.B) stone of appd.quality from appd. Quarry including hoisting,lowering,laying and compacting concrete,watering and curing centering,shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost,conveyance,royalties and taxes including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A) Base Foundation.

(B) Column & Beam

Cutting,straightening,coiled or bent up M.S.Rod or Tor steel of primary steel producers such as SAIL / TISCON / RINL (Grade Fe-500 D) etc. including bending,binding ,welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as reqd.for RCC work and for providing fan hooks as reqd. hoisting,lowering,laying including cost, conveyance,t axes of M.S.Rod or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour reqd.for the work for bending,binding and tying the grills in all floors.(Payment will be made on standard weight of B.I.S.for M.S.Rods or Tor steel Only)etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) having a minium compresive strength (in work test) 150 Kg /Cm 2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S 456and IS.516 by using 12mm size BHG(C.B) Chips of appd.quality from appd.quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete in layers to the reqd.levels ramming watering, curing etc. complete including cost,conveyance,royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour T&P reqd. for the work etc.complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentling of Cement concrete, including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debris within 50m lead from work site etc. complete including T&P and scaffolding where ever necessary sorting disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lift and leads of 50 Mtrs. etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the Old lime or cement plaster from walls and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50M.away from worksite including all cost of labour T&P etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & Removing 2.5cm. thick grading Concrete from roof slab and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50M.away from worksite including all cost of labour T&P etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M(1:6)over of brick walls after rackingout joint including watering and curing with all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (A) Ground Floor

4cm.thick Grading concrete with C.C.(1:2:4)on roof slab using 6mm size BHG(C.B) chips of appd. quality from appd. quarry including hoisting,lowering,laying and compactiung concrete watering and curing etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (A) Ground Floor

(B) First Floor

Scraping Old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffoling charges upto 50M. Height etc. complete in all respect. (A) Ground Floor

Priming Two coat to wall surface with any approved Plastic paint over coat of Primer painting including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (A) Ground Floor

Finishing the plastered surface of wall with cement based Wall Putty (Water based ) of approved make and finishing the surface smooth and even by sand papering to receive paint in wall including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (A) Ground Floor

Finishing wall surface with water proofing weather coat paint two coats to give an even shade over the plastered surface of brick walls including all cost of materials and labour T&P etc.compete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (A) Ground Floor
