Taking down shutters for Resecuring of any description exc 1.00 sqm but n. exc. 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing old wooden shutter exc 1.0 Sqm but n.exc 2.0Sqm in same opening as obtained from item No. 5 here-in-above, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting holes through brick wall built in cement mortar, for inserting holdfasts, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts exceeding half brick thick but not exceeding one brick thick and making good the dismantled portion with PCC type B-0, (1:2:4) and cement mortar (1:3) to match the disturbed surface with existing finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work n.exc 15 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube in opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated pressed steel frame for doors with double rebates of size 125 x 60mm made with steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness in and including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated pressed steel frame for doors with single rebates of size 105 x 60mm made with steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness in and including necessary fixing lugs, hinges lock strike plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair mild steel work as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wind ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers, kitchen cabinet holdfasts and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to sliding aluminium door, aluminium grills, glass, mortice lock and roller plate by taking down complete door and fittings incluidng replacing old unservicable components by providing new fittings as per existing make etc. and refixing the same in old position and making good tothe disturbed surface complete (cost of rubber packing, woolen gasket, aluminium beading, stainless steel screws, roller for slidng shall be included in the unit quoted rate) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Size of door is 0.85m x 1.80m.

Material and labour for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) work for fixed frame portion and shutters of doors, sliding door (any track), openable windows, ventilators, partitions sliding/openable with extruded built up standard tubular section/appropriate Z section and other section conforming to IS : 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket roller etc aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/gauged/paneling, CP brass/stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.
