Construction of D type Qtr For R W Sub-Division Office Patna for the year 2025-26

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other machineries required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, and laying in postition in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work, finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and including as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation&Plinth including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Cement concrete ( 1 : 2: 4) using 12 mm size HG CB chips incuding laying lowering concrete, wartering and curring & cost carriage royalty and taxes of all materials etc.carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, and curing for four weeks finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position in all floors.as per the specification and direction of the EIC. 12mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over brick work including cement punning and bitumen painting over top of wall incuding laying lowering concrete, wartering and curring & cost carriage royalty and taxes of all materials etc.carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Supplaying, fitting & fixing vetrified tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 10mm of SOMANY make in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement: 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubing and polishing with cost,coveyance of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing vetrified tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including rubing and polishing with cost,coveyance of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement washing one coat to newly plastered surface with curing for 3 days including cost of material, scaffolding, tools and tackles, supervision cost etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing with fitting and fixing in position of M.S. windows and openings and stair case railings and parapet railing including making holes in walls and RCC structures or wood work etc. in proper position, making good to the damages of walls or RCC or other structurals complete including mending or cutting size or groovesin choukaths with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work taxes and royalties etc. complete ( including cost of screws) in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

12mm (½") thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to external brick walls after racking out the joints of brick work with watering curing and cost conveyance, royality taxes of all materials all labour T&P etc. complete in all respect in floors etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to external brick wall surface after racking out joints including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Finishing plastered surface of wall surface with Cement based putty & making smooth to recive painting including cost of scaffolding etc. with cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete. with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting tow coat walls with plastic emulasion paint paint of approved shade on new work give an even shade inculding cost of paint.with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with Weather coats of approved shade on new work two coats to give even shade including cost, conveyance, taxes with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.

Making RCC Jally as per approved designed 2.5 cm to 5 cm thick and fixing in cement mortar in position etc.complete including cost, conveyance, taxes with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the EIC.
