1) All the work shall be carried out as per MOST specification and specification on the division or as directed.

Rates quoted includes clearance of site (prior to commencement of work and at its closed) in all respects and held gross for under all conditions,

site moisture weather etc.

In RCC item when there is change in grade of concrete mix or change in consumption of cement as per actual mix design then the difference in

consumption of cement shall be deducted from the rate of original item valued at the star rate as mentioned in tender. However no extra payment

shall be made for use of additional Quantity of cement as per actual concrete mix design. Concrete mix design shall be done in GERI laboratory

The Contractor shall exhibits a board as per Govt. circular No. 2DK – 3277 / 1657 N Dt. 26–01-73 with detail of specification and details of work and

amount involved at site without any payment as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Testing of materials be as per statement attached with the Specifications, the materials shall be tested in G.E.R.I. Bill for testing shall be paid by the
