OD103571/2023-2024:Charges for operation and maintenance of 320KVA , 500KVA,750KVA DG set and 500KVA , 1000KVA transformer installed in the sub station at MCH Vandanam , which shall include conducting trial run of the DG set for the atleast 5 minutes during commencement of first shift ,operating the DG set during the period of power failure. Checking the coolant level in the radiator ,oil level, cleaning the battery terminal apply Vaseline as and when required. Checking the level of distilled water in the battery , cleaning the control panel board and checking the condition of the MCCB , ACB, VCB,SDF,Fuse links etc ..Checking the condition of transformer , DG set panel board etc and rectifying complaints as and when they arrives and report the major complaints to the department in time and maintain the substation in perfect working condition by engaging not less than 4 ITI holder in Electrical Engineering per day. The duty staff shall be Engaged round the clock operation of the system
