Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lifts up to 1.5 m , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. excavation in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green.
