Road work

Scarifying metalled (water-bound) road surface including ,disposal of rubbish ,lead upto 50m and consolidation of the aggregate recieved from scarifying with power road roller of 8-10 tonnes capacity .

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per clause 401.(150mm depth) for levelling of old surface (50% of the quantity)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion usin gemulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Ch=0-250 below BM and BC

Bituminous Maccadam(providing and laying bitumionous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading mixed with bituminous binder,transported to site,laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade,level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction )for grading(ii) {19mm normal size} Qty area * 50 mm

bituminous concrete(Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing of an output pf 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate sof specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @5.4-5.6% of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve bituminous concrete(Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading pre mix with bituminous binder @5.4% of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifiction clause no.507 .Qty area * 30 mm

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, 122 thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and Cross fall using Type A and B seal coats disposal of excaveted earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts levelling,ramming the| foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, ,shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.
