Hiring of 1 (one) fiber reinforced wooden motor launch per day of 10.00 Hrs (8 Hrs. to 18.00 Hrs.) for the use of transportation of men and material etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All Hire and operational charges.

Hire and operational charges of trailer including operator charges fuel etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Fixing of M.S. Ladders, fixtures of various sizes to the face of the berth by means of the S.S. bolts, nuts, washers etc., to suit site condition including hire charges of country boat, pontoons, welding generator etc.,wherever required and as directred by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials but excluding cost of materials and drilling of holes.

Supplying of AISI-316 grade stainless steel bolts, studs, holding bars, angles and plates etc., including threading to suit at site conditions etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Supply and fixing AISI-316 grade nuts and washers of required size and shape etc. as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying and fixing second hand tyres size 9x20/10x20 (Lorry) for use as fenders of various sizes to face of the berth including 10 mm size iron chain/iron wire rope of 1.5mtrs. with necessary shackles, bolts and nuts etc., including transportation to site of work and fixing as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , complete. All labour and materials, all tools and plant, hire & operational charges etc., but excluding cost of chain/iron wire rope shackles, bolts and nuts etc.,

Supplying and fixing second hand tyres size 7x15/7.5x16 (Jeep/Van) for use as fenders of various sizes to face of the berth including 10 mm size iron chain/iron wire rope of 1.5mtrs. with necessary shackles, bolts and nuts etc., including transportation to site of work and fixing as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials, all tools and plant, hire & operational charges etc., but excluding cost of chain/iron wire rope shackles, bolts and nuts etc.,

Supplying and Placement of Second Hand/ Unserviceable giant size 1.90m(OD) x 0.9m (ID) x 0.55m (width) tyre fenders to the face of the berth duly stuffing the tyres with the cut pieces of cylindrical/rubber fenders and tying with wire rope for holding the cut pieces in position and making holes to the tyres at suitable location for holding the tyres with suitable wire rope / chains, shackles etc., including transportation to the site from general stores or any other stores in V.P.A. and placing the tyres to the face of the berth with the help of mobile crane/any suitable means etc..as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials operational charges etc., including cost of materials ie., Giant size tyre fenders D-shackles, suitable chain length upto 5m. of 25mm dia Elect. Loading and excluding cost cylindrical rubber fenders.

Supplying and Placement of Second Hand/ Unserviceable giant size 1.45m (OD) x0.60m (ID) x 0.50m (width) tyre fenders to the face of the berth duly stuffing the tyres with the cut pieces of cylindrical/rubber fenders and tying with wire rope for holding the cut pieces in position and making holes to the tyres at suitable location for holding the tyres with suitable wire rope / chains, shackles etc., including transportation to the site from general stores or any other stores in V.P.A. and placing the tyres to the face of the berth with the help of mobile crane/any suitable means etc..as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials operational charges etc., including cost of materials ie., Giant size tyre fenders D-shackles, suitable chain length upto 5m. of 25mm dia Elect. Loading and excluding cost cylindrical rubber fenders.

Removing of M-Type/super arch/Trelex A/Trelex B type fenders from berth by means of shore crane or by any other means as applicable including removing the nuts, bolts, studs, washers etc., and handing over the materials to the departmental stores or any other stores, etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete including all labour, hire and operational charges of crane, tools etc.,

Fixing of M-Type/Super arch/Trelex B type fenders to the face of the berth by means of shore crane or by any other means including necessary scaffolding, working platform as applicable, required chains, wire ropes, shackles etc., for fixing safely to the face of the berth as per drawing or as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour, hire and operational charges of crane, tools etc., but excluding cost of fender (fenders will be supplied by department at free of cost).

Removing cylindrical / square rubber fenders/gaint size tyre fenders of various sizes from face of the berth including removing the nuts, bolts, washers, shackles, chains etc., by any means and handing over the materials to the departmental stores or any other stores including transportation hire and operational charges of shore crane etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete including all labour charges.

Fixing of cylindrical/square rubber fenders/giant size tyre fenders of various sizes to the face of the berth using chains/shackles, nuts, bolts etc, using shore crane or any other means including transportation of fenders from general stores or any other stores to be site Fixing as per drawing and as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour,hire and operational charges of crane, materials etc.,but excluding cost of rubber fenders,chains,shackles,nuts and bolts etc.

Providing and fixing wooden rubbing strips made of Indian Sal wood of approved quality either straight or curved (on plan) including forming chamfer holes, access for both nuts and washers both embedded in wooden rubbing strips,bolts embedded in concrete. Providing preservation treatment of timber as per IS:401 recommended absorption @ 160 kg/m3 coal tar creosote CTC/LTC with fuel oil 50:50 etc., and as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials, excluding cost of bolts and nuts.( For OSTT).

Providing and fixing wooden rubbing strips made of Indian Sal wood of approved quality either straight or curved (on plan) including forming chamfer holes, access for both nuts and washers both embedded in wooden rubbing strips,bolts embedded in concrete. All labour, hire and operational charges of equipment but excluding cost of materials.(for OSTT)

Fixing of resin pads to the frontal frame of super cell or trelex fenders in OSTT/LPG including cleaning the holes for access for fixing bolts including gas cutting wherever necessary and hire and operational charges of equipment, scaffolding, necessary tools etc., and transportation of men and materials to OSTT/LPG from shore as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour, hire and operational charges of equipment but excluding cost of materials. (for LPG)

Hire and operational charges of 8 to 10 ton mobile crane including operator fuel etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Hire and operational charges of 20 ton capacity mobile crane including operator fuel etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Grouting of drilled holes (Vertical) with polyester resin lockset (P/S/L) or any other approved equivalent to suit site conditions duly placing the bolt/stud in the drilled hole etc., as directed by the engineer-in-charge complete,all labour and materials but eccluding cost of bolt/stud.(The bolt/stud will be supplied by the department at free of cost).

Grouting of drilled holes (Horizontal) i.e. face of the berth etc. with polyester resin lockset (P/S/L) or any other approved equivalent to suit site conditions and placing the stud/bolt in drilled holes duly making in built notch cutting to allow the refusal from the drilled hole. After completion of initial setting the plate washer/ring shall be removed from the bolt etc., mesh and washers as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete, all Labour and Materials but excluding cost of bolt/stud.

Replacing the existing damaged Super Cell Fender 1450 H along with frontal frame/ Trelex-B type fenders along with frontal frame, chains with new ones at LPG berth in outer harbour with bolts, nuts, washers and assembling the new Trelex-B to the new frontal frame by using shore / mobile crane, motar launches, sling ropes, scaffolding gas cutting and welding wherever necessary removal of bolts, nuts, washers etc., and bring back the damaged frontal frame. trelex-B fender along with chains, shore / mobile crane, motor launch gas cutting, welding equipment, tools and plant etc., including transportation of shore / mobile crane from ORS to LPG berth by means of floating crane(which will be supplied by the department at free of hire) but excluding cost of bolts, nuts and washers etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Electrical resistant butt welded mild steel short link galvanised chain confirming to I.S. 2429 (Part-I-1970) of 25mm dia size, safe working load 7,500 Kgs, proof load 15,000, and minimum breaking load 30,000 Kgs, galvanizing thickness more than 90 micron etc., as directed by the EIC complete. All labour and materials.

Providing one coat of “Rust off” rust converter primer (Tannic Acid based) on steel surface including scrapping the surface etc as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials

Providing two coats of coal tar epoxy “Inter tuff-923” of M/s AKZONUBEL p

aints to a dry film thickness of 150 microns including scrapping the surface etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Supply and fixing G.I. “D” shackles conforming to I.S:6132(part-II) 24mm body material dia and grade 63 for fixing of fender in Inner / outer Harbour etc., as directed by the EIC, complete. All labour and materials.

Supply of Bull Dog clamps 20 mm size for stuffing the tyre fenders etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Replacing the existing damaged frontal frame, turn buckles with new ones at OSTT in outer harbour with bolts, nuts, washers and assembling the rubber cell to new frontal frame by using shore / mobile crane, motor launch, sling ropes, scaffolding, gas cutting and welding wherever required, removal of bolts, nuts, washers etc., and bring back the damaged frontal frame, turn buckles, shore / mobile crane, motor launch, gas cutting, welding equipment, tools and plant etc., including transportation of shore mobile crane from ORS to OSTT by means of floating crane (which will be supplied by department at free of hire) but excluding cost of bolts, nuts and washers etc., as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Replacing the existing damaged super cell fender along with frontal frame, turn buckles with new ones at OSTT in outer harbour with bolts, nuts, washers and assembling super cell fender with frontal frame by using shore / mobile crane, motar launch, sling ropes, scaffolding, gas cutting and welding wherever necessary removal of bolts, nuts and washers etc., and bring back the damaged super cell fender along with frontal frame, turn buckles, shore / mobile crane, motar launch, gas cutting, welding equipment tools and plant etc., including transportation of shore / mobile crane from ORS to OSTT by means of floating crane(which will be supplied by the department at free of hire) but excluding cost of bolts, nuts and washers etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Supplying fabricating machine / hydraulic bending, welding or riveting or bolting steel built up sections, M.S. plates, trusses and framed work including cutting, bending, drilling holes, hoisting, fixing in position scraping the loose materials and applying a priming coat of red oxide paint Etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charger, complete All labour and materials. (For encasing bollards)

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manfactures specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc., complete. On steel work

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive (epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20sqm per kg of approved make) on chipped portion of RCC as per specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials

Writing sign board on walls and concrete surface by scraping the existing surface finishing with approved colour synthetic enamel paint background white lettering red colour writing letter of size 150 to 350 mm etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. Supply of Structural steel such as tees, angles channels and R.S. joists, at site of work including transportation, loading, unloading and stacking etc., as directed by the EIC complete. All labour and materials.

Supply of Mild steel plates at site of work including transportation, loading, unloading and stacking etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supply of First class Artisans such as Carpenter/ Mason / painter / Fitter / Welder etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. All labour and materials.

Supply of manmazdoor/women mazdoor/watchmen/Gangmen/mazdoor (unskilled)to work in any sit conditions etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge,complete.All labour and materials.

Providing special repairs to the ceiling / berth face walling with anti-corrosive coating Nito Zinc epoxy primer or equivalent to the exposed reinforcement 1 kg. / 6 m2 and application of bonding agent Nitobond EP or equivalent for bonding the existing cementitious surface at 1 Kg. / 2-3 m2 and filling the patches with polymer mortar Nitobond AR or equivalent mixed with C.M. 1:3 at 10 lts. / 50 kg. Cement after that chemical curing with concure WB or equivalent @ 1 lt. To area of 5 m2 including necessary scaffolding, cleaning the exposed reinforcement area etc., as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete. All labour and materials.

Demolishing cement concrete manuall-by mechanical means including disposal of materials with in 50 m lead as per required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or linear mix (including equivalent desing mix ).

Dismantling steel work in bulit-up section in angle, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts,nuts,cutting revits,welding etc., including dismembering and stacking with in 50m lead as required and as directed by EIC,complete.

Hiring of SUV(NonA/C)(Tata-sumo/ Bolero/Travea or equivalent or higher version) of model 2020 or later including driver's salaries and maintainence charges,hire and operational charges, etc., as required and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, complete. with 1800 km mileage per month.

Protective coatings for Environmental face using Dekguard S of Fosroc: Providing and applying a single component high build elastomeric, crack - bridging, resistant to CO2 and Chloride ion diffusion, UV resistant, breathable acrylic coating with elongation at break exceeding 200% using Dekguard S of Fosroc or equivalent material applied in two coats(Each coat 125 micron DFT) on acrylic based primer at an average thickness of 250 microns DFT in two coats including acrylic resin based primer as per recommendation of the manufacturers. Item rate is inclusive of the materials all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete as per specification.
