Service Related to reverse engineering, Measurements, Quality checks of Hoist mechanism and its associated equipment.

Overhauling of Hoisting Arrangement of Barrage Gates

Providing & fitting new Plummer Blocks in place of old and worn out plumber blocks on Low Transmission shaft of under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23 of Dakpathar Barrage including proper alignment of plummer block for proper completion of the job.

Providing & replacing all new Plummer Block Bearing (SKF/FAG 1215) in place of old and worn out bearing of plumber blocks on Low Transmission shaft of under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23 of Dakpathar Barrage including proper alignment of plumber block bearing for proper completion of the job including all cost of Material, Labour, T & P and scaffolding to complete the work.

Repairing of Manual operating gate lifting system by oiling, Greasing and complete overhauling of lifting mechanism under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23of Dakpathar Barrage for proper completion of the job including cost of all material.

Dismantling the end reduction unit from the superstructure of under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23 of Dakpathar Barrage then shifting it from superstructure to working yard with the help of heavy duty hydra cranes, man power chain pulley blocks etc. including all cost of Material, Labour, T & P and scaffolding to complete the work.

Repairing of end reduction unit by replacing G.M. Bushes and pins and other spares oiling, greasing etc. including cost of all material required for proper completion of the job of under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23 of Dakpathar Barrage.

Shifting end reduction unit from working yard to superstructure job of under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23 of Dakpathar Barrage then fitting it to its proper palace with the help of heavy duty hydra cranes, man power chain pulley blocks etc. including all cost of Material, Labour, T & P and scaffolding to complete the work.

Emptying balance box by removing R.B.M. and stones and holding balance box in its original position with the help of heavy duty chain pulley blocks and man power then unclose and shifting the suspension pullies to working yard after dismantling steel wire ropes. Greasing, oiling, changing G.M. bushes and pins etc. required then shifting and refitting the suspension pullies in its original position at under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23 of Dakpathar Barrage including all cost of Material, Labour, T & P and scaffolding to complete the work.

Taking out all old and damaged shaft couplings by Heating and hammering and providing and fitting new shaft couplings of barrage gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23 of Dakpathar Barrage as per proper alignment including all cost of material and testing on load.

Complete overhauling of braking system of sluice gates No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23of Dakpathar Barrage including replacement of brake pads and coil etc. including all cost of material labour and T&P required to complete the work.

Complete overhauling of motors of under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23of Dakpathar Barrage including re-insulation replacement of all bearings , terminal box and nut- bolts including all cost of material labour and T&P required to complete the work.

Replacing steel wire ropes (32 mm dia. x 19 mtr. Long with single end socket) assembly between gate and balance box by emptying balance box and dismantling old wire ropes and fitting new wire ropes and refilling balance box by R.B.M. and applying cardium compound on steel wire ropes of under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23of Dakpathar Barrage .

Providing and fitting the new lifting stem in place of old, rusted and damaged stem including dismantling of old stem under sluice gate No- 01 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23 of Dakpathar Barrage .

Providing and fixing of gear box (Radicon) assembly in place of old and damaged gear box assembly by loosening and cutting of bolt of under sluice gate No- 03 to 06, barrage gate no. 07 to 17 and 19 to 23of Dakpathar Barrage.

Spare Items

Providing of spare motors for under sluice gate (7.5 HP ABB / SIMENS make - 02 nos.) with all cost of material and transportation up to site.

Providing of spare motors for barrage gates (05 HP ABB/ SIMENS make - 02 nos.) with all cost of material Radicon and transportation up to site.

Providing steel wire rope 14mm dia. for rope cage roller assembly.

Supply of steel wire Ropes 32mm dia. with single end socket.

Supply of Plummer Block and its bearings

Supply of shaft couplings

Supply of GM bushes , Pin , Nut and washers etc. for reduction unit one set.
