Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for Toshiba Digital Photocopier Machine (Model No E-Studio 160 (02 Nos) and E-Studio 2506) as per terms and conditions for one year (Total 3 Nos). Terms and conditions:- (a) The rates quoted will be valid for repair & full services for a period of one year from the date of acceptance/handing over the faulty equipment/commencement of maintenance services whichever is later unless the rate is revised by the company in the market. (b) Defect rectification period and majority of faulty would be rectified in the first response itself; maximum period allowed for defect rectification shall be 48 Hrs only. (c) Call Notice: Notice for repair/ maintenance of the system will be given to the firm by Office authority through phone followed by written brief description of the complaint. (d) Penalty for delay in attendance and defect rectification or provision of stand by excluded while calculating the period of delay for call attendance and defect rectification. (e) In case of failure on the part of the firm to respond to the call within stipulated period of 48 Hrs this Office shall be levy a penalty Rs 100/- per day for the first three days and thereafter Rs 500/- per day may be levy till the machine is made on road. (f) The contract covers a comprehensive routine servicing and maint of the equipment, any part that may need replacement and all consumable items (like Toner, Drum and Developer etc except photocopier paper) will be supplied by the firm on free of charges. One additional toner always be made available with the E-2 Section custody by the firm in advance. (g) Frequency of services: Three visits per month of service Engineer for normal preventive maintenance plus as required in case of breakdown. (h) The payment will be made quarterly basis by E1R Sec of this Office on production of bill duly endorsed the Meter reading.
