Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up damaged 300 mm dia hume pipe set in cement mortar and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipe 450 mm bore Class NP2 (ISI Marked ) alongwith collar laid to slope in any descroiption over PCC bed & jointed in cement mortar 1:3 and tested on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone or block masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth(depth of potholes exc 30mm ) , making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premix bituminous macadam carpet well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm , binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings , 6.3 mm size & , again well rammed complete all as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally clean the surface with air compressor to remove loose dirts etc including applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sq.m using paving bitumen VG-10 & finally providing bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 penetration by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted by using power vibrator roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note : For design purpose minimum binder content shall be as described i.e. 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not be less than the binder content as described under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 5.5% in that case no extra payment shall be entertained to contractor for excess use of binder.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen binder (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber of consolidated thickness 75mm or less with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity power vibrator roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (any consolidated thickness) complete all as specified and directed. Note: For design purpose minimum binder content shall be as described i.e. 4% for VG-30 grade bitumen and it shall not be less than the binder content as described under any circumstances. During design stage if binder content exceeds 4% in that case no extra payment shall be entertained to contractor for excess use of binder.

M&L 2.00 mm thick and 100 mm width road markings strips (reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine driven by skilled operator on road surface like centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows, brackets and similar works on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid at temperature 160 Degree celsius including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign materials etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Change.
