Soil Collection & Testing

CBR -Collection of sub-grade soil sample at 500m interval carefully by excavating pit of area 1.0*0.6m through overlying bituminous and granular layer or from subgrade of formation area as directed by the engineer in charge for laboratory test and filling back and compacting the excavated pit to lines and levels with excavated materials as directed by the departmental officer at site.

Conducting Soil Classification test, Modified Proctor Test,and CBR test as per the IS Code guidelines and making report of one soil samplemoulded chamber burnt bricks with including cost and conveyance of all materials and including all labour charges etc complete

Study of pavement composition by cutting open pit at tar edge to get the details of layers (thickness and type ) of pavement composition - at one location as suggested by the engineer in charge carefully by excavating pit of area 1.00x 0.60m through overlaying bituminous and granular layer including BC, DBM/BM, WMM and GSB at tar edge and refilling and compacting the excavated pit to lines and levels with excavated materials as directed by the departmental officers at site and reporting the pavement composition with photographs and measurements specifying the type of layers

od90611/2021-2022: Detailed topographic survey using Total station/mobile Lider and preperation of site plan of minimum of 15m on either side of the centre line and taking cross section details at 25m intervals on straight roads and 10m interval on curves ( survey includes details of all features as mention in the scope of the in plane terrain work within the limit of the survery). The survey shall be include establishing DGPS control points at starting and ending of the project in pairs and at 4 KM intervels (in pairs) in plane and rolling terrain and 2.5 Km intervels (in pairs) in hilly terrains.IT shall also include establishing inter visible traverse control points not more than 250m apart with accuracy of at least 1:10000 and desirable 1:20000 in distance measurement. Elevation of each other control points connected to MSL of GPS Bench Mark using precision levelling. Seperate bench marks need not be established. Including taking sufficient colour copy prints.(5 Nos)

od89855/2021-2022: Establishing DGPS control points onTOR steel bar of 10 mm dia fixed in RCC pillar of size 20X20X70cm embeddded in concrete M15 up to a depth of 40 cm and the balancce 30 cm above the ground shall be painted yellow

od89886/2021-2022: Establishing traverse control points with elevations on pillar of size 15cmX15cmX60cm M20 grade RCC pillar with a nail fixed on the top surface. The pillars shall be embedded in the concrete.Spacing 250 M apart as a bench mark - control pillar. The spacing shall be maximum 250 m apart . No seperate bench mark need to be established.

Inventory Survey -od26005/2017-2018: Data for inventory survey upto 12 meter wide road for survey work of collecting road inventories and recording in prescribed format attached based on chainage marking including marking chainage at 50m interval and taking details such as existing carriageway width,shoulder width, Type of shoulder ,width and location of approach road ,details of existing drains,culverts and bridges as given in the format attched,pavement conditions(details of potholes, raveling, fog seal,slurry seal edge damage etc)raod safety measures (details of road sign,crash barriers,guard stones,delineator post, hazard markers etc) and all other existing retaining structures in road,including documentation charges etc as per direction of the officers at site
