Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for laying cables in trenches/pole foundation and getting out complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide for pole foundation etc and getting out including dressing/trimming sides and levelling/ grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified .

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point where directed.

Material & Labour for Sand Cushioning to UG cable all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand only will be measured & paid.

Supply & Fixing in repairs GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles under floor/ground complete with all fittings all as specified.

Supply & Fixing in repairs GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles under floor/ground complete with all fittings all as specified.

Taking down old unsv reinforced precast concrete cable cover any type from the trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only PCC cable cover for LT / HT UG cable, of any description retrieved from Srl item No 8.0 above, all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade along the pole for covering cable including clamp, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old/unsv LT cable any size from trenches/duct , stacking at site , checking by megger and carry out repair/replacement of defective cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying LT cable U/G XLPE insulated PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade Aluminium conductor 10 Sqmm 2 core. Laid in trenches/fixed on poles, walls or under floors etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, bricks, sand and pipe protection shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for dismantling and taking out unsv broken/damage PCC pole complete with necessary excavation work and demolition of concrete including removal of debris and deposited at a distance of 50m from work site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erect in true vertical position Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long. 102mm x 152mm at top and 102 mm x 289mm at bottom class 10 complete all as specified and directed. Note: PCC foundation, coping and Excavation earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of sch 'A'.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of electric poles, struts, blocks with and including necessary form work, and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundaiton of stays, bed concrete and coping of poles with and including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Taking down existing old unserviceable security light brackets and Supply & Fixing Bracket made out of GI light grade pipe of 40/32 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos MS clamp 50x6mm and 04 sets of nuts,bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth wire protection pipe 50mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical Maintenance / servicing of 29 Watt Solar street light by carrying out following maintenance / servicing activity for minimum two times (at interval not less than 5 months) all as directed by Engr-in -charge. (a) M&L for top up of battery distilled water and checking of specific gravity.If specific gravity beyond normal value entire qty of distilled water shall be replaced. (b) Making proper alignment of solar panels facing towards south direction. (c) Cleaning the upper surface of solar panel with glass cleaning solution. (d) Clean the battery terminals and nut/bolts with the help of filling tool, make sure the threads are not affected and nut bolts are properly tightened and application of petroleum jelly at the terminals of the battery. (e) Checking of cable connection between street light and battery.

Dismantling and taking down existing damaged/ unserviceable junction box from LT electric poles and Supply and fixing Junction box of size 200mm x 140mm x 95mm outdoor type, weather proof, factory made out of PVC sheet 1.8mm thick with front side hinged opening having locking arrangement with nuts & bolts & arrangement for incoming and out going cable / wire complete comprising with the followings :- (a) Bus bar with two aluminium strips, 100 Amps cap. insulated with insulators, incl colour coding , including PVC cable of suitable size from bus bar to MCB (b) MCB SPN 5 to 30 Amps - 01 No (c) clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron duly welded with nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of RCC/PCC pole and painting to pole 9.0m long with application of two coats of cement base paint of approved colour ,Air force Blue colour, marking of strip in alternate blue and white paint pattern up to 2.0mtr above the pole coping and marking of pole number in yellow background circle 10cm radius and writing pole no , 3cm long using black colour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole and painting to pole 9.0m long with application of two coats of synthetic enamelled silver paint of approved colour , marking of strip in alternate blue and white paint pattern up to 2.0mtr above the pole coping and marking of pole number in yellow background circle 10cm radius and writing pole no , 3cm long using black colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED decorative post of lantern 45 Watt fittings including all accessories complete fixing accessories and clamp including 4 metre height black painted glavanized pole, fixed in position including necessary PCC work and execavation as per manufactuer's instruction all as specified and directed. Supply and fix CI cable route indicator 100mm dia , 5mm thick duly engraved with "LT 1100 volts" having CI rod 10mm dia, 50 to 70 cm long, duly welded to round plate complete with PCC 1:4:8 all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs danger notice plate made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet , vitreous enameled white, of size 20 x 15cm with figures, letter, and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps made of 25 x 3 mm including MS flat iron, nuts, bolts and washers etc for LT poles / Penals / Sub station etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no.45 above but for HT 11000 volts of size 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for synthetic insulating mat of size 2m x 1m x 19mm thick complete as per ISI marked and it is should be approved by CPRI and as per IS-8437 for Test complete including removing unservicable matt all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for Cross arms bracings, support, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers etc, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking proper shut down in writing/disconnecting up the all electric mains from servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 50 to 200KVA balanced/unbalanced type and transporting to authoriesd workshop to carry out repair and took back after repair to work site ,connecting all electric cables, testing of voltage stabilizer and commisioning on load complete all as specified and directed. (All the parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for repair , removing the lid/cover for inspection at site and to facilitate repairs after draining out the transformer oil, dismantling and taking out unsv/defective parts of servo voltage stabilizer 200 KVA Make: Volina with replacement of parts/accessories as under complete all as specified and directed:-
