M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300 x 450 x 7 to 8 mm thick, as in dado etc, Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III and over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.. Note:- Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be approved by GE / AGE (I) Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free , Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exec. 0.18 sqm but not exec. 0.38 sqm, as in floor etc Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles . Note: (i). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (ii). after carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE before application of cement based paint for each building. (iii). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE (iv) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The new surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper The cost of all material T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. Note Quoted Rate for Srl Item No 87 shall be deemed to include the quoted rate for Srl Item No 88 above.

(ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I)

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (RPM 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller over wall putty all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.
