Sch 'A' PART-XII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) Notes: (i) This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under column 5 signifies this fact only. S & F LED Security light fitting wattage not exceeding 30 W and minimum lumen output 2500 lumens, efficiency 100 Lum/Watt with pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistance glass, IP 65 protection complete and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including GI tubing 40mm dia light grade 1.5m long band to shape for mounting of security light with 2 nos MS clamps with nut bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 20.00:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:- [i] Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 Mtr. [ii] PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles. [iii] Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. [iv] Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd. ROAD & PATH M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM in two layers each of 75 mm thick (each layer to be rolled and consolidated separately) confirming to the grading given in Table 400-13 & physical requirment given in Table 400-12 spread with mechanical means & rolled by using 8 to 10 ton vibratory power roller over compacted sub grade surface as specified in clause 406.3.5 of MORT&H specification complete all as specified & directed.

S&F delinator of size 700x100x50mm made of ABS round body fitted with two nos. 100mm dia highly reflective reflector, duly UV stabilized, in yellow colour, provided with Test Certificate from CRRI New Delhi, mounted on MS pipe 50mm dia, provided with anti rust and anti theft net including excavation in post holes of size 30cmx 30cmx45cm and filling with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and making good all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for cleaning and preparation of Road or concrete surface for making center line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar works with 2.0mm thick white/yellow colour hot applied IRC pattern thermo plastic paint (Confirming to BIS 3262-1989) of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the surface at temperature 160 degree Celsius with a special applicatomachine complete. (use of 5 Kg thermo plastic material per Sqm) including traffic diversion arrangement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for stone edging of roughly rectangular sand stone patti 50mm thick, not less than 30 cm wide(depth) and 50 to 60 cm length of each patti (along the road) and meeting edges of stone hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm placed on edge firmly in position closely abutting and setting right the edge stone patti in line complete wity & including necessary excavation & earth work required if any in any type of soil all as specified and directed (depth of edging shall be equal to width of patti).
EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9”(As per IS-8329-2000 Table 4.4), 200 mm (8”) dia complete all as specified and directed. (Cost of rubber gasket (one no. per piece) is included in quoted rate).

Supply install, commissioning and testing of centrifugal pumpset of capacity 25 HP, discharge 113 cum/Hr at the head of 35 Mtr, Wilo make horizontal end suction (o1 stage) pump model NL-80/160 with CI casing, bronze impeller, S.S shaft, Mech Sealed. Kirlosker/CG suitable make 25 HP, 2900 RPM, 3 Phase, 415 Volt TEFC AC motor with MS base frame and all accessories like coupling nut, bolts, gland packing, washers or any other petty items required for fixing complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for construction of brick mesonary valves chamber of size 1200 x 1200 x 1000 mm ( Internal dimensions ) with 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to internal walls, floors and upto 150 mm depth below ground level to external walls,including provision of 3 mm thick MS Sheet cover fixed to MS angle iron frame made out of 40 x 40 x 4 mm thick angle iron with necessary MS flat iron stiffeners of size 40 mm x 4 mm including prparation of all steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and provision of locking arrangement including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & Fix FR insulated single core stranded unsheathed industrial flexible cable copper conductor of size 10 sqmm, 1100 Volts grade as per IS 694:1990. complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix Perforated GI Cable tray of 300 mm width and 2500 mm length , having 16 guage complete fixed to Wall or laid in floor to run the cable etc with suitable clamp and spacers for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip earth 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of protection pipe galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete as detailed below and all as directed.
NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 39.00:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC M25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 M GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 M earth GI earth strip 32 x 6mm. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc.

S&F cable path indicator for HT cable made out of cast iron plate of 100mm dia, 6 mm thick engraved with "HT 11000 volts" welded to MS angle 50x50x6mm, 75cm long embedded in PCC block (1:3:6) type C-2 of size 30x30x30cm including painting with two coats of Brown colour synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 20kA/3-sec extensible Indoor type SF6 gas insulated 630 Amp Copper busbar Compact Switchgear comprising of 2no. Load Break Switch + 4no. outgoing VCB arrangement with associated metering module as details below. All LBS/VCB shall be enclosed in non magnetic, non ferrite IP67 Stainless Steel tank filled with SF6 gas with, leak rate less than 0.1% and tested for internal arc fault of 20kA for 01-second as per latest IEC 62271-200 standard. Each VCB shall be provided with high-endurance mechanisms to achieve more than 2000 close-open operations and mechanically latched push buttons to meet frequent operating requirements. Powder coating is done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal.Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT foam as acoustic material & Rock wool for hot zone. Adequate hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel visibility. (F) BASE FRAME: Base frame is fabricated either in ISMC channel or in sheet metal. The base frame will be primer coated and painted. The base frame is ruggend in construction and designed for mounting KOEL engine and KG alternator close coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoutic enclosure & control panel on it. The base frame is having provision of lifting hook for convenient lifting of complete set, i.e. along with canopy, engine and alternator. (G) FUEL TANK: Daily service fuel tank of 8 hours of continuous operation, fabricated from 14/16 SWG sheet metal complete with drain, inlet and outlet connection and fuel gauge. (H) BATTERIES: 1 No. , battery of 12 V, 180 AH capacities in charged condition with its leads.
M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to copper strip earth 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of protection pipe galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete as detailed below and all as directed.
NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 49.00 Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:- (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC M25 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 M GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 M earth copper earth strip 20 x 3mm. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc.
