3. Consultancy Services for the work Construction of Bye-Pass road from NH-8 to Nathuwas Link Road in Municipal area, Nathdwara.

Scope of Work 1) Survey, planning, designing and supply of working drawings for specific work: - Proposed work or identified land to be visited by Consultant with Municipal officers at their own cost. During this visit Municipal officials will explain their requirements, scope of work etc. All survey and primary testing to fulfil the requirement shall be conducted by consultant at their own cost. Considering the survey report consultant shall have to prepare his plans, their preliminary drawings for provisional approval from municipality. After getting provisional approval consultant shall submit their final plan, its designing and elevations along with 3D modules in three copies at his own cost. Cost estimation to be done by consultant. Consultant shall have to facilitate the engineers to calculate the quantities, their material suggestions, market rate for Non-SoR items. During execution of work all working drawings to be submitted by consultant as per requirement of site. Any delay/hindrance caused due to late supply of working drawings shall be recovered from consultant. This include soil testing for bearing capacity of soil for at least for places or as required as per site condition survey work, planning, GIS mapping of Khasra boundaries superimposed over Google map and survey demarcated over it, identification of strategic locations, size of all structure members, designing of CD works, Designing of Carriage way, designing of protection work etc. complete in all respect. All Structural design should include design data. For the above scope of work consultancy charges are defined as percentage over project cost. These charges shall be submitted through financial bid only. Project cost means cost estimated by consultant and finalised by Municipal engineers after submission of detailed project report or the rate received after tenders of the works whichever is low. All forest case / land acquisition related works are to be carried out by consultant. 2) Structural design: - When planning is done for structures like CD works, Carriage way, protection work and beautification work or other miscellaneous work where it deemed to have specific structural design, their detailed drawings and design data for the structures shall be provided by consultant so that if the engineers need to approve them from any NIT/IIT than the design data may be send to then, the expenditure of approval shall be borne by Consultant at their own cost and any payment to the consultant/contractor/design Engineer shall be done only after successful approval from municipal engineers and subsequently approval from Engineering college.
