REPAIR/ MAINT OF WATER PIPE LINE AT KAYLANA AT AF STN JODHPUR

Excavation in trenches in hard/ dense soil n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m deep for laying of GI/ CI/ DI pipe line and getting out including forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil material to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement 100mm bore GI tubing, medium grade, ISI marked complete with all fittings, laid in trenches or laid under floors, fixed on walls with and providing clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 80mm bore GI tubing, medium grade, ISI marked complete with all fittings, laid in trenches or laid under floors, fixed on walls with and providing clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 50mm bore GI tubing, medium grade, ISI marked complete with all fittings, laid in trenches or laid under floors, fixed on walls with and providing clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 25mm bore GI tubing, medium grade, ISI marked complete with all fittings, laid in trenches or laid under floors, fixed on walls with and providing clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in repair 100mm bore DI (Ductile Iron) pipe, class "K-7", including necessary specials, jointing materials, flanges, nut and bolts, rubber gaskets, suitale gauge GI clamps for fixing of DI pipe on pedastals and other required accessoaries complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cast iron body sluice valve, class ‘PN-1.0’ of 100mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846 : 2000, both flanged ends and drilled with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle and cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 25mm bore stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
