M&L Pre cast PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) solid block masonry exc 10cm in width or girth and setting cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joints hocking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cemrnt mortar (1:4) on other then fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over priming coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles coloured (300x 450x 7mm) on walls, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed colour cement to match and rendering 10mm thick on fair faces with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceilling boards of any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 9 mm thick Prelaminated Partical Board interior grade prelamination one side & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 12 mm thick Prelaminated Partical Board interior grade prelamination one side & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work as in wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 16mm outer dia, 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain/corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness in roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 47456.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
