SCHEDULE 'A PART-I:- Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal Mix) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5mtr wide and n exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc in any type of soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete, M- 10 (Nominal Mix), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick surfaces or concrete surface, as on internal surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base finished the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete work in pavement/ hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/ per square centimetere in fiele using 400 kg of cement per cubic mtr and thickness of concrete 25cm or below, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof cover / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets (Beams, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces,cleats etc conforming to Fe-290-W, Gde-E-165, quality 'A', complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubelar poles including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or including butt welded tubes conforming to is 1161-1998 Grade St-240

M&L preparing new surface of steel of any description, over 10cm width or girth not other wise described and appliying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and in pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick machine cut granite (of any type) tiles bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 laying floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free (edge cut) coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) polished of size 300mm x 450mm x 7 mm/300mm X 600mm X 7mm as in skirting/dado etc laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile 300mm x 300mm /400mm x 400mm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid /Matt Finish, sugar finish joint free (edge cut) coloured/ digital ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile 400mm x 400mm / 600mm x 600mm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per the description of serial item No 36 above but as in skerting including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in leveling course of flooring & roof complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A PART-II:- Supply and fixing, connecting and testing electric water heater storage type 25 ltrs capacity vertical, 5 star rated BEE recommended complete with stainless steel water tank and all safety devices such as thermostat, pressure release valve, NRV and air release valve complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing PVC water connection pipe 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm for inlet & outlet connection (cold & hot water ) complete all as specified.

Supply and fix GI water tubing medium grade 15mm bore with all fittings fixed in walls/Floor complete as specified.

Supply and fix 15mm bore stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union etc complete all as specified.

Supply and fix bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting and threading of existing 15/20mm bore GI pipe in position for making addition / alteration / drawing branch connection of size 15mm dia bore complete all as specified

Point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continuous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 2.5 Sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in & incl PVC surface casing 'N' capping double lock type to be fixed with the help of rawal plugs & screws incl all fittings such as tee, connector pieces, L-junction etc on joints including CI/MS/PVC sunk boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for 3 pin switch socket outlet 15/20 Amp on independent board and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix switch socket combination outlet 2 in 1, 5/6 Pin, 5 and 15 Amps flush type all as specified and directed.
